The popular Real Housewives franchise never gets tired or dull, even though many of the cities have been on the air for a decade or more. RHOC Started The Franchise
In a Reddit thread, a fan posted that RHOC started the whole franchise and that Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge have "created the mean girl formula that is the housewife show" and "without OC, there would be no housewives." They also said that the dramatic storylines are great.
Vicki has had some big arguments on the series and even though Vicki and Tamra aren't around anymore, they still deserve to be praised for their interesting and fun personalities.
RHOBH Is Better Because Shannon Is Frustrating

The theory is that because people are so rich in Beverly Hills and care about putting up walls and looking good all the time, the show has to prove that the cast members are lying. The fan posted that the show will make "the velvet curtain come tumbling down as the audience begins to learn that, yes, indeed, life in Beverly Hills isn't all Diamonds and Rosé." This makes a lot of sense, as fans enjoy seeing Erika's amazing and crazy outfits and wondering what the real story is in each episode.
