The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Meghan King Edmonds calls her love for her ex-husband Jim Edmonds "dead" in savage TikTok video. Meghan's timing was a bit strange as the father of her children is currently battling the coronavirus.
King Edmonds was at first a hard character to like when she appeared on The Real Housewives of Orange County but soon wiggled her way into fans' good graces. The housewife joined in the 10th season which was back in 2015 and rubbed Shannon Beador the wrong way. Her first season was tough, but she survived and became a bit more mellow. She married her ex-husband in 2014 and the couple share, three children, together. The couple divorced in October of 2019 due to allegations that Jim had cheated with the nanny. Since their separation, the two have not been able to agree on anything. Between the rumors of cheating and the allegations of abuse, the custody battle has been messy, to say the least.
With many celebs stuck in their homes and taking to TikTok to pass the time, King Edmonds’ in no exception to the rule as she released a particularly vicious video targeted at her ex-husband. The video was posted on Saturday soon after the family learned that Jim Edmonds had tested positive for the coronavirus, but was showing no symptoms. In a star-worthy performance, the housewife's lip-synced to a TikTok soundbite that said: “Got a text from my ex the other day, he said he missed me. I said, ‘I’m sorry I can’t talk right now, I’m at a funeral.’ He said, ‘Oh, my god. Who died?’ I said, ‘My feelings for you did. Bye, f*cker.’ ” Check out Meghan's shade in her Instagram post below:
Fans from both sides started to comment on the video asking it was directed at Jim to which the tall blonde replied that she was just joking. According to The Daily Mail, Jim wasted no time in releasing a statement that read: “During the past couple of weeks celebrities have been rising to the occasion and using social media to bring people together and support one another. I guess Meghan decided to take another path.” The video itself was creepy as the reality TV star used a devil filter to make her eyes light on fire. For most, the video did nothing but prove that King Edmonds was still a young woman who was hurt and acting like her high school boyfriend broke up with her.
The video was flat out uncomfortable to watch, and many viewers hope she does not post another one like it. The couple is currently engaged in a nasty custody battle that came to a head when King Edmonds flew their three children to California during the pandemic. It seems that this video will only add fuel to the already huge fire that is their custody battle between these Real Housewives of Orange County stars.
