A judge ruled that Shannon Beador's daughters can legally film for the new season of The Real Housewives of Orange County after David Beador tried to block them from doing so. The couple did not part amicably, and the family was not surprised by David's power move. Shannon has come a long way since fans last saw her struggling through a messy divorce with David a few seasons ago.

As Bravo fans are well aware, Shannon and David tried couples counseling and even renewed their vows after she found out that her husband had cheated on her. But love wasn't in the cards for the couple, as David decided to go off with a younger woman and start over with a whole new family. The previous season of RHOC followed Shannon as she finalized her divorce and started a new relationship.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, a judge ordered in favor of Shannon regarding her daughters filming for The Real Housewives of Orange County. The outcome has resulted in the couple’s twin daughters being allowed to “continue filming as cast members of the reality show The Real Housewives of Orange County, without interference” from their father. As per the deal, all further court hearings have been taken off the docket, and Shannon agreed to pay David's court fees, which totaled $6,938. The court documents showed that David admitted in court he did not want his twin daughters filming anymore since he worried his ex-wife would talk negatively about him and his new wife.

Last month, the outlet shared that Shannon had gone back to divorce court in order to fight David on his decision to block their 17-year-old daughters, Stella and Adeline, from taking part in season 16. As Bravo fans are aware, filming started in July, but Shannon had some issues getting David to sign off on all the paperwork. Their eldest daughter, Sophie, who is 20, didn't have any issue because she's legally an adult and made her own decision. In Shannon's pleas, she spoke to the judge about how the reality TV show was her primary career and income. She wrote that if her children did not film the show, she would be violating her contract with Bravo and possibly lose her job.

The Real Housewives of Orange County has been given a facelift after a lackluster season 15. Kelly Dodd, Elizabeth Lyn Vargas and Braunwyn Windham-Burke were all let go, and Heather Dubrow, a former fan-favorite, was brought back to breathe new life into the original franchise. Now that Shannon has been given the all-clear to film with her children, she's expected to give a great performance.
