Fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are finally getting an in-depth look into the secret La Quinta mansion that Tom Giradi hid from his wife, Erika Jayne. Fans are still not sure who to believe regarding the couple's scandal and legal drama, but viewers and housewives alike were stunned that Erika had never stepped foot into a home that had her name on the deed.
This past season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has pretty much been all about Erika. Erika and her soon-to-be ex-husband, Tom, are in some serious legal trouble. Fraud allegations have been brought against the disgraced lawyer, which the singer claimed to know nothing about. But lawyers are still transcribing every word Erika says on the show, and debt collectors are at her heels to make sure the victims get their dues. Fans are currently watching her 20-year marriage crumble as Erika downgraded from her mansion in Pasadena to a mini-mansion in LA. Bravo fans are split between believing Erika or thinking she just knows how to put on a good show.
Although most people don't own a home they know nothing about, Bravo fans learned this is exactly what happened to Erika in a recent episode. The singer shared she and Tom had a home very close to Kyle Richards' La Quinta property. But when pressed for details, Erika had no idea of the address or what the home looked like. Luckily, fans are now getting a glance inside the famous mystery home per The New York Post.

During the episode, Erika was visibly confused when her castmates implied the home had been sold in 2018, leaving the blonde to question how Tom could have sold the home without informing her. But property records proved the mansion had not been sold since 2006. However, a forced bankruptcy sale listing did go up on June 22, 2021.
Living Room
Erika's home boasts three large bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Everything inside the 3,700-square-foot layout is included in the sale, including the furniture.
Kitchen
The abode is worth $1.25 million and is currently in escrow for the second time after an initial deal fell through. According to an asset summary filed with US Bankruptcy Court on March 24, Tom Girardi is the full owner of the house.
Bedroom
The home sits within a gated community on a large golf course.
Pool
According to Desert Sands Realty's pictures, the house also has a large pool.
Bathroom
On the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Sutton Stracke shared her anxiety of being associated with Erika after a damning article had just been released. Many of the Bravo women do not feel they have been getting the full story from their friend and do not want to be led blindly to the slaughter. At least one thing has been checked off Erika's list, and that was finding the address of her mystery home that, if it sells, will no longer be hers.
