It has been rumored that with the premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills right around the corner, Erika Jayne and Crystal Kung Minkoff are no longer on good terms. It seems even when one is living in Beverly Hills, it is hard to know who your true friends are.
There is no doubt that Erika has not had the easiest years and is still going through one of the most challenging times in her life. The singer has been under investigation for her part in Tom Girardi's embezzlement case and fighting multiple lawsuits. Fans will recall that RHOBH's Erika filed for divorce back on election day in November of 2020 while filming season 11. During the season, she met and befriended Crystal, who seemed to be a no-drama kind of girl. The two ladies hit it off, but it seems a storm has been brewing since Erika called Crystal out during the reunion.
The trailer, which was released earlier this week, shows Erika going in on Crystal for taking the side of the victims. As fans got to see, Crystal didn't back down to the "Pretty Mess" singer, who usually has most of the women kissing her feet, avoiding any type of drama surrounding Tom's alleged crimes. The two can be seen getting into a heated argument, with Erika, who's reportedly falling behind on rent, yelling, "You want to be on the side of the victims because you think it's cool," with Crystal noting she does not think of the issues as "cool." In typical Erika style, she lashes out, telling the women, "I don't give a f–k about anybody else but me."
Crystal is known for always wanting to know the truth, even if it is hard to hear sometimes. Naturally, Erika's selfish attitude shocked all the women, but it seemed to resonate the most with Crystal, who likes to deal with facts. The new season of RHOBH will likely include a lot of Erika's ongoing legal issues, as Bravo made sure to film in real-time. Crystal, who also feuds with Garcelle Beauvais this season, only met Erika last year and had made sure not to pass any judgment on any preconceived notions that the media had put out there. But it looks like Crystal may be forming a new opinion that Erika isn't too fond of.
Along with the Crystal/Erika drama, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans will also see other friendships break down. It looks like Kathy Hilton and Kyle Richards might be dealing with more family drama. Kathy reportedly got so angry that she possibly left the show halfway through filming. Fighting is bound to occur amongst this group of friends, but this season may take it to a whole new level.
