Kyle Richards has been honest about her procedures over the years. According to US Magazine, Kyle underwent rhinoplasty back in 2006. "My nose bothered me for a long time. The surgery made me feel better," she said. Later in 2020, RHOBH fans saw Kyle after another rhinoplasty. This time she broke it while filming Halloween Kills and decided to fix a few insecurities while fixing it. As she said on Instagram, "I broke it last September and the bone poking out bothered me. So I fixed the bone, fixed my breathing problems, and refined the tip." As a Housewife with one of the longest runs, who could blame her for touching up areas that bothered her.

Lisa Rinna has always said that besides her acting career, she's known for two things: her hairstyle and her iconic lips. Rinna has had the same look for decades and has practically created a brand off it.

Fans can sympathize with Kyle in RHOBH when it came to body issues. Kyle has always been honest about her insecurities and how she had problems with food.
