Diana Jenkins, the rumored new housewife of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, is downsizing from her $87 million estate in Malibu. The 48-year-old socialite was seen at a dinner last week with castmembers Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley and Garcelle Beauvais. The cast was filming for the Bravo show at the time, on the heels of Dorit’s recent home invasion (in which Dorit was woken in her bedroom in the middle of the night, before three men robbed her at gunpoint). Diana must have learned even more of the horrible crime, which resulted in a loss of $1 million in jewelry and handbags.

Some reports indicated that Sutton Stracke, however, was not included at the dinner, leading some to believe that Diana may be replacing her. Sutton had a strange storyline in season 11. There was a bizarre disagreement after Sutton brought a coat into Crystal Chung Minkoff’s room while she was changing after the two had just fought. Crystal claimed Sutton violated her, and expressed this to the other castmates. Sutton felt Crystal was wrong about the words she used. This disagreement about semantics became a major storyline for the first half of the season. Later in the season, Sutton went head to head with Erika, questioning her about any alleged involvement in her ex-husband's alleged financial crimes.

There might be even more financial dramas to come if Diana joins the cast. Alleged newcomer Diana is reportedly downsizing her home, according to Dirt. The socialite sold her estate in Malibu for $87 million, and moved into a $13 million mansion in Hidden Hills, which is located in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. Most of her money comes from her ex-husband, a British financier who was once the highest-paid banker in England.

According to Dave Quinn’s new tell-all book, Not All Diamonds and Rosé: The Inside Story of The Real Housewives from the People Who Lived It, sometimes housewives try out for the role before being accepted as a full-time castmember, which is perhaps why Bravo has not confirmed Diana’s position in the cast. In a chapter about RHOBH, Quinn revealed the process of Brandi Glanville becoming a housewife in 2011. After producers showed interest in her, they told her to go to a party that was being filmed with the cast, in order to see how Brandi handled it. The party was a volatile game night, which almost turned into a fist fight after Brandi accused Kim Richards of drug usage in the bathroom. Still to this day, it is one of the most infamous scenes in the franchise’s history.

Also throughout the franchise, viewers have seen random newcomers who stayed for only a few episodes. It appears that some women fail the audition, so to speak, which is why they were never solidified in the opening taglines (unlike Erika, who was positioned immediately). Only time will tell if Diana, the rumored newcomer, will officially make the cut for The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. Sadly, either way, her house will not.
