Bravo fans know Mauricio Umansky from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills; now, the real estate mogul is publishing his first book and is anxiously awaiting what his wife, Kyle Richards, will think. Mauricio's The Real Deal will tackle "how to succeed in business and life through dedication, determination, and disruption." Because Mauricio dives into his exodus from the Hilton & Hyland real estate firm, he's understandably nervous about how RHOBH star Kyle might react. The stakes are exceptionally high in light of Kyle's renewed rift with Kathy Hilton after Aspen-gate. However, with a spring 2023 publishing timeline, she should have more than enough time to give notes.

Mauricio told People that Kyle "hasn't read it" before adding, "I sent it to her yesterday to read for the first time. I am [nervous]. She's going to read my perception of a bunch of different things." Mauricio probably filtered his raw opinions on his in-laws and the family drama that ensued over the years. However, he wouldn't be publishing a book about his perspective on the world if he wasn't diplomatic in those opinions. Even though Kyle and Mauricio have a long-standing and very successful marriage, it's understandable that the tell-all book might bring up some sticky subjects. Among them are likely his exit from working under his brother-in-law Rick Hilton and the creation of The Agency.

According to People, the book is full of Mauricio's insights and lessons on life, business, and relationships "as a father, as a husband, as a CEO, or as a real estate agent." He said, "I share these things with The Agency all the time. I feel like I have a lot to share, and I want to share it with a broader audience." RHOBH fans have been enamored with Mauricio for a long time for doting on his wife and daughters. He is also frequently touted as the "hottest house husband" out there, with RHOBH fans regularly perusing his Instagram. Bravo fans will undoubtedly take an interest in Mauricio's two cents on life in the fast lane after years of watching him succeed at home and at work.

RHOBH Star Kyle Will Appreciate Mauricio's Charm & Perspective

What makes Mauricio incredibly likable is his humble demeanor on screen. While Mauricio is wildly successful, he usually comes off as goofy and down to earth. He sets a high standard for his family but doesn't present as condescending or entitled by any means. Hopefully, this will result in a depiction of his life that Kyle can sign onto. Mauricio also always brings a good time and much-needed comedic relief to the often drama-saturated RHOBH. Lately, fans have criticized Mauricio's new friendship with PK Kemsley. However, The Real Deal and Buying Beverly Hills' debut are sure to paint him in a new light.

After so much success in the Bravo universe and the business world, it's high time fans get to learn more about Mauricio. The "hottest househusband"'s perspective on the drama fans already know, love, and insights into his upbringing and career should showcase a new side to him. Only a few other "househusbands" hold such a prominent public image as Mauricio, and it's hard to imagine him saying anything so damaging that Kyle couldn't support him. Maybe Mauricio will pave the way for more of them to share their thoughts on the world and the fast lane of filming RHOBH.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
