When Lisa Rinna from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills found out her youngest daughter, Amelia Gray, was dating Scott Disick, she was in complete shock. News broke of Amelia and Scott's relationship in early November 2020 after she was spotted getting cozy with him at a Halloween party. The couple went Instagram official after the model shared a snap of her and the 37-year-old to her Stories with the caption, "Thankful 4 these ppl."
Since then, the new couple has been inseparable. The 19-year-old even took Scott to meet her family while they were all vacationing in Miami. Since then, the couple's relationship has gotten stronger, and they have become a lot more public with their romance. As for Amelia's relationship with Scott's ex-partner and mother to his three children, Kourtney Kardashian, they are cordial, but the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star isn't looking to have a budding friendship with her.
During Wednesday night's episode of RHOBH, Lisa revealed to her co-star Erika Jayne that she had a WTF moment when she discovered her youngest daughter was dating the Talentless founder, as reported by E! News. "It's a what the f*** moment. You're like, what the f***?" she revealed to her friends while cruising around Los Angeles. "She's 19, and he's 37 with three kids." RHOBH star Erika, who was ordered to hand over her financial documents, agreed with the 57-year-old, adding she was "a little nervous" about the age difference. However, the two friends agreed the large age gap wasn't that uncommon in Los Angeles. Lisa's husband, Harry Hamlin, was in a relationship with Ursula Andress, with whom he shares his son Dimitri, when she was 44 and he was 28.
Erika, who is more than 30 years younger than her estranged RHOBH husband, Tom Girardi, said she wouldn’t be too alarmed, as she was once "the daughter that was dating older men." She then joked, "I am not the person to be talking." Nonetheless, Lisa hopes her daughter's relationship with Scott is only "a phase," and she didn't want to bring too much attention to the relationship. When the RHOBH ladies got together later in the episode, Scott and Amelia's relationship was once again a topic of conversation. Lisa asked the women, "When I meet Scott Disick for the first time, do I need to call him Lord?" Kathy Hilton jokingly suggested, "Yes, absolutely. And you can do a little curtsy." However, Kyle Richards and Garcelle Beauvais disapproved of the relationship, adding they would never let their children date someone that much older.
It has been more than seven months since Amelia and Scott's relationship went public, and the two are still going strong. While it seems their relationship is more than just a phase, Lisa has become more accepting of it. Maybe viewers will get a glimpse into the relationship during this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
