There is certainly no shortage of misunderstandings, feuds, fights, and beef on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but leave it to Lisa Rinna and Kathy Hilton to have the biggest one of the season. Lisa turned against Kathy after she went on a tirade off-camera in Aspen directed toward her sister Kyle Richards and the rest of the RHOBH cast. In the historical spirit of Munchausen, Kim Richards is close to death, and Denise Richards' alleged lesbian affair; Lisa now has a new target on Kathy.

Although RHOBH viewers are to believe the fight started in the nightclub, it began a little earlier when Kathy was hawking her tequila brand, Casa Del Sol, and the ladies weren’t giving it the air time she wanted. Things started to bubble over at the Kemo Sabe hat store in Aspen when Lisa unabashedly ordered a round of her “friend, Kendall Jenner’s” tequila brand, 818 Tequila. While RHOBH fans are rolling their eyes at home, the rage-induced steam coming from Kathy’s ears is practically visible. Kathy, who RHOBH fans are suspicious of, is officially in a huff about Lisa's drink of choice and openly mocks her at the bar. She tries to rally support for her anger from her sister, Kyle, to no avail, so Kathy storms out.

Lisa Is Seemingly The Catalyst For Kathy's RHOBH Meltdown

The captain of the “own it” team, Lisa, is likely the catalyst for Kathy's tantrum, but things only got worse as the day, and the alcohol consumption, wore on. The RHOBH cameras were along for the ride up until the ladies exited the van at the Caribou Club but weren’t allowed any further access. Andy Cohen claimed the cameras were down when Lisa and Kathy returned home. Whatever happened, Kathy wanted to leave the club immediately, demanding first Sutton Stracke, then Kyle, to take her home. No one relented except for Lisa, whose RHOBH exit is long overdue, which is why she is the only one who knows all the details. According to the Rinna Beauty creator, Kathy ranted in the sprinter van about her RHOBH castmates, spewing threats about destroying Kyle and taking down NBC and Bravo. She allegedly said to Lisa she was going to “ruin you all.”

It continued to escalate at the house, with allegedly Kathy pounding the walls, stomping on her glasses, and losing her mind, according to Lisa, the sole eye-witness. Meanwhile, she is live-texting with Erika Jayne, who later referred to the scene as a “breakdown.” Kathy wouldn’t come out of her room the next morning and refused to get on the plane with everyone else. Lisa took that opportunity to wind up the rumor machine, filing everyone in on Kathy's RHOBH meltdown regarding Michael Jackson or a conga line

At Crystal’s birthday party, both Lisa and Kathy were in attendance, but only one of them is upset about what went down in Aspen. Kathy acted like everything was hunky-dory while Lisa grew more and more uncomfortable. With a dramatic flair, she leaves the party, telling the cameras that Kathy is "the devil" and has subsequent PTSD from the conflict. In her interview, Kathy is relaxed about the whole incident and characterizes the night in a very different way. Kathy didn't think her outburst was as bad as how Lisa is describing it to everyone in the RHOBH cast.

Evidently, to do some damage control over what was quickly turning into a PR nightmare for her, RHOBH's Kathy clapped back on Instagram, denying anything sordid happened, and generally downplayed it to everyone. She has since reposted some tweets suggesting that Lisa is orchestrating this to save her spot on RHOBH. It remains to be seen how it will shake out between the two cast mates, but if Lisa's past is any prelude to what’s in store, it will get messier before it clears up.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Wednesday at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
