Kyle Richards could be making appearances on a new show after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's husband and daughters landed a new Netflix real estate show. Mauricio Umansky works as a successful real estate broker in the Beverly Hills area. Jokes have been made on RHOBH about Kyle and Mauricio playing nice with certain people in an effort to become their realtor. Mauricio has done a great job at staying out of the show drama and focusing on his career.

As an OG housewife, Kyle has spent years sharing her happy at-home life with Mauricio and their four daughters. With three together--Portia Umansky, Alexia Umansky and Sophia Umansky--and Kyle's eldest daughter from her first marriage, Farrah Aldjufrie, the couple has had their hands full raising their house full of girls. Kyle and Mauricio married in 1996 and have been going strong despite the cheating rumors that have been made about the Mexican real estate broker. With Mauricio by her side, Kyle has gotten her hands dirty in the real estate market, with the couple flipping some of their own properties. They recently put their property in Aspen, Colorado, on the market. Fans are familiar with their La Quinta property, where the ladies often host girls trips.

Now fans will finally get an inside look at Mauricio and his real estate company, The Agency, through a new Netflix series called Buying Beverly Hills, according to People. The show will feature Mauricio, Farrah Brittany (Kyle's eldest daughter with first husband Guraish Aldjufrie) and Alexia Umansky (her eldest daughter with Mauricio) as the father and daughters invest and sell properties. With Farrah and Alexia both being real estate agents, viewers will see how they manage the family-run business. Other agents within Mauricio’s The Agency will also be included in the new eight-episode docusoap. Mauricio, Farrah, Alexia and the group's agents will highlight the high-stakes world of luxury real estate in Los Angeles.

The show premieres this fall and will include some of Mauricio's other agents like Santiago Arana, Ben Belack, Joey Ben-Zvi, Jon Grauman, Brandon Graves, Allie Lutz Rosenberger, Melissa Platt and American Idol contestant-turned-real estate agent Sonika Vaid. Fans might get to see Mauricio sell the Aspen property as it's listed on his company website with a $9.75 million asking price. The couple purchased the five-and-a-half bath, three-story duplex six years ago but have since put it on the market following some spooky RHOBH drama that went down in season 12. "Aspen will never be the same," Kyle told ET in March. "There was a Ouija board involved. Things really got out of control, lemme tell you." Fans will get to see exactly what Kyle is referring to when it airs later in RHOBH season 12.

For now, Kyle is gearing up to watch her husband and daughter break out and star on their own show. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans have been calling for a cast shakeup. If Mauricio's show performs well, it could pave a new lane for Kyle to transition from Bravo into a real estate/family-based show on Netflix. The opportunities are endless, especially when they have a family of real estate professionals.
