Kyle Richards from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has finally sold her beloved Bel-Air home. The reality star bought the home in 2011, while she was filming season 2 of the Bravo series. For years, Kyle, who expressed jealousy over Kathy Hilton's success, had driven past this home, hoping one day she and her family could live there. It seems Kyle's wish came true as it went on the market in 2011, and she immediately snatched it up. Kyle and her husband Mauricio Umansky had been looking for a new home for a while and knew this was the one.

Out of nowhere, the couple found another beautiful home in Encino a few years later and realized it was time to move on from their dream home. Kyle was sad to leave the Bel-Air home but knew their new mansion was a better fit for their family. However, they kept the place all this time, even renting the home to Sutton Stracke from RHOBH, while Sutton's mansion was under renovation. With Sutton out of the house, it was time for Kyle to let go of the home.

The Post has confirmed that Kyle and Mauricio have finally sold their Bel Air home for $6.1 million. The reality star initially listed the home for $7 million in 2017 but was forced to drop the price to $6.495 million in December. The mansion had been on and off the market for more than three years before finally getting an offer. Kyle and Mauricio are expected to make quite the profit as well since they originally bought the home for $3.05 million back in 2011. Their now-former home includes 6,200 square feet of space, seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and was recently renovated from top to bottom.

The person who bought the home is Amanda Frances, a financial expert, author, and lifestyle blogger. While Kyle, whose daughter Farrah announced her engagement, will miss the home she once dreamed about owning, Amanda will surely enjoy it. The listing for the home says the property is known as the Milldale estate and is considered an elegant traditional-style home. Besides the sprawling space and multiple bedrooms, the Bel-Air home features a plethora of amenities such as a theater, pool, multipurpose sports court, putting green, many gathering areas, and living spaces, each with its own fireplace. Kyle's daughters Alexia Umansky and Farrah Brittany were the listing agents on the property.

Now that Kyle has finally sold her Bel-Air home, she can officially move on from the attachment she had to it. While the house is a beautiful space, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has moved on to a bigger and better home in Encino.
