The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Erika Jayne is reportedly working on a settlement to help the trustees who are trying to pay back the creditors and victims of Tom Girardi's legal scandal. Erika has come across as cold in regards to the lawsuits as she has stayed mostly quiet. She has often fueled the fire by posting sarcastic memes on her social media, leaving followers extremely confused.

Bravo fans watched as season 11 showcase Erika and Tom's legal woes as they played out in real-time. As viewers will recall, Tom had been accused of embezzling money from the Lion Air 610 crash families and using it to fund his lavish lifestyle with Erika. A class-action lawsuit was filed against both Erika and Tom that alleged their divorce was a sham to try and protect the stolen money. The Beverly Hills housewife tried her best to continue living her normal life but found herself in a media frenzy almost every day. Each story seems to be more and more outrageous, leaving everyone to have multiple follow-up questions.

According to documents obtained by Radar OnlineErika has struck a deal with the trustees. The issue came down to a pair of earrings that Tom allegedly purchased for Erika with the stolen money in 2007 for $1.4 million. The documents showed that Erika will now turn over the jewelry that she was holding in order to help pay the victims. The outlet shared that both Erika and the trustees confirmed their arrangement with the judge, explaining that the earrings will be kept in a safety deposit box as they wait to have them appraised.

It was also revealed that Erika and the trustees are discussing settlement options which include an in-person meeting. Attorney Ronald Richards, who has been following the case closely, also tweeted his approval for the deal noting that "voices were heard." Ronald, who Erika accused of extorting her, also tweeted that he would do everything in his power to make sure the earrings didn't end up back with the RHOBH star. In the beginning, Erika's refusal to part ways with the earrings didn't sit well with viewers or her co-stars.

Since day one, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has maintained her innocence, saying she was kept in the dark by her former husband. The filings also showed that the next court hearing would take place on June 28, so there is more than enough time to have the earrings valued correctly. Hopefully, this is the beginning of the end to Erika's legal woes.
