Kyle and Kim Richards had a tumultuous relationship when they starred on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and despite the years that have passed, fans are still talking about Kyle's early exploitation of her sister. Kyle and Kim, who were both child actresses, joined the original season of RHOBH in 2010 alongside Adrienne Maloof, Camille Grammer, Taylor Armstrong, and Lisa Vanderpump. As the sixth Real Housewives installment, RHOBH followed the professional and personal lives of these housewives as they navigated the Beverly Hills scene.

While many women on RHOBH have had their share of conflict, Kim and Kyle have been one of the most authentic (and dramatic) duos throughout the series. For example, during the season 1 finale, Kim and Kyle had their infamous limo argument, which led to Kyle revealing Kim's battle with alcoholism. From that point forward, there were many times Kim felt like Kyle didn't have her back. Again, during the iconic RHOBH season 5 Amsterdam fight, Kim berated Kyle alongside the rest of the table and accused her of not acting like a "real sister." While Kyle has defended herself throughout the years, viewers have been quick to side with Kim.

Fans on Reddit recently discussed Kim and Kyle's relationship from the beginning and have concluded that Kyle exploited Kim's personal issues on RHOBH. "I found it appalling that [Kyle] outed Kim as an alcoholic at the end of season one then continued to make her go to places that would trigger her drinking," one person wrote referencing the winery the ladies visited during RHOBH season 2 ahead of what became a disastrous game night at Dana Wilkey's house. Other users brought up Kyle and Mauricio's treatment of Kim during the season 2 cast trip to Hawaii. One fan commented, "At the dinner [Kyle and Mauricio] clearly knew something was off with Kim but the way [they] continually questioned Kim was unnecessary and belittling." Kyle was "relentless with her contempt of Kim," another Redditor summarized.

While fans have continued to criticize Kyle for how she treated Kim in early RHOBH seasons despite the show now being on season 12, Redditors haven't forgotten other former cast members who were also treated wrongly by the 53-year-old. Although the majority of fans online dispute the claim that Kyle "stole Kim's g****** house," they do agree that Kyle was wrong for how she treated Brandi Glanville and Camille Grammer on RHOBH. One person questioned how Kyle remained on the show for so long. Fans argued how Kyle often acted like she was "jealous of Brandi" and made fun of Yolanda Hadid's Lyme disease with Lisa Rinna, which Lisa accused of being fake. Another person said that Kyle "feels the need to expose anyone that is in the spotlight" and used Kim, Brandi, Camille, LVP, and Denise Richards as examples.

Although viewers have continued to talk about Kyle and Kim's relationship despite the years that have passed, it's Kyle's recent behavior on RHOBH season 12 that currently has the OG in hot water. Between laughing at Erika Jayne yelling at Garcelle Beauvais' son and doubting Sutton Stracke's two miscarriages, Kyle has spent the past few weeks defending herself from angry viewers. While Kyle is the last original RHOBH star on Bravo, some fans are hoping that she gets the boot ahead of season 13 more than ever.
