Erika Jayne from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is so famous for her legal issues that she is starting to make appearances on the WWE, thanks to an overzealous fan. Erika has had a whirlwind of a season due to her estranged husband Tom Girardi's wrongdoings. Until now, she has kept her mouth shut, but a fan sparked a witty comeback from the "Pretty Mess" singer.
Tom and Erika have been the subject of many lawsuits relating to Tom's law firm, Girardi Keese. It was well known among the Los Angeles elite that Tom had numerous shady business dealings. The disgraced lawyer has been accused of embezzling millions from the victims of Lion Air Flight 610. Since the news broke, Tom's legal firm announced bankruptcy, and lawyers have alleged Erika's entertainment company, EJ Global, LLC, received $25 million from the law firm. Bravo producers were recently served a subpoena for unseen footage of Erika amid her legal turmoil.
It is hard not to argue that RHOBH season 11 has been the juiciest yet, mostly in part to Erika's constant legal drama. The news of Erika's demise has surpassed the Bravosphere, reaching into other outlets. A fan of professional wrestling and the WWE stood in plain sight of the cameras, holding a sign that read, "Did Erika Jayne know?" The mystery man was referencing the fact that Tom recently told the paparazzi that he believed his wife knew about his misdeeds. Erika, who is always replying to fans, wrote, "I am a WWE fan," and added a shrugging emoji. It is fair to say that Erika was made out to be the villain this past season. She was often caught in unflattering moments, like shopping at T.J. Maxx and pumping her own gas, which seemed to humanize her. Bravo fans have praised Erika for always showing up to work and not letting the show down. Erika has also taken credit for the four-part reunion special.
Erika has tried her best to play the victim role, but fans have found it hard to believe all her stories. Many questioned her motives and felt she was not truthful. Even Sutton Stracke began to poke holes in Erika's tales, which led some of the other 90210 housewives to also question Erika. Thus far, Erika has missed the deadline to pay back the $25 million and still has her glam squad. Just this week, it was revealed that she raked in $600,000 for her part on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
