Erika Jayne is not open to getting married again after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star finalizes her divorce from Tom Girardi, even though the Bravo star has been teasing her return to the dating scene after 20 years of marriage. Season 11 followed Erika's emotional journey of filing for divorce and learning about her impending legal troubles. Now, as she continues to dissolve her marriage and battle it out in court, Erika is opening herself back up to finding love. But not if it involves a marriage.
As the walls came crumbling down on the married life Erika enjoyed with Tom, details began to surface into the alleged cheating, lies, and deception the couple had been entertaining. Having been married to the man for two decades, Erika is implicated in many of his alleged crimes, which means that as they go through their divorce, they are also fighting criminal charges at the same time. As much as Erika denies knowing anything about what Tom was reportedly doing with his business, she did accuse him of being unfaithful to her throughout their marriage. Erika also claims that as much as he's been unfaithful and reportedly deceitful, he still checks in on her almost every day. With all this mess, it's a lot for Erika to even open herself up to another relationship so soon.
In recent weeks, Erika has teased hints into her love life and how ready she is to fall back in love. While she's encouraging men to slide into her DMs, Erika is only trying to date around and isn't looking to enter into another serious relationship. TMZ recently caught up with Erika and asked if she was open to getting married again. "No, I will not. Never,” Erika declared. When asked if she would ever date another lawyer, Erika said, “Probably not. But then again I’ll probably, I mean, I don’t know… I may need free legal. Who knows?” She recently hinted at wanting to date another man with money, a reference to the fact that with all of her legal woes, she could be forced to pay back part of the millions Tom allegedly owes.
The Bravo star admits that "every girl, you know, likes a guy with money." Erika seemingly confirmed that only a man with wealth and stature can come her way. She has been dating while filming season 12, but there's no word on if her love life will be shared on the show.
The "Pretty Mess" singer is gearing up to be the star in another season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, despite everything. She was at the center of all the drama in season 11 and with the full cast returning for season 12, it's likely that producers will start right where they left off. And maybe that means having Erika talk about the new men sliding into her DMs, no strings attached.
