Erika Jayne is, once again, upsetting The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fan base with a shocking Instagram post that showed off her wealth. Erika is currently going through a $25 million lawsuit but evidently felt no shame when it came to strutting her designer frocks.
Bravo followers are losing faith in the idea that Erika had no inkling that her husband, Tom Girardi, allegedly embezzled funds meant for the Lion Air crash victims. While Erika has been keeping her walls up, she has managed to drop perfectly placed bread crumbs of information about her marriage. So far, Erika has told viewers her husband was in a bad car crash three years ago, which caused brain damage and that he had been cheating on her. Fellow housewife Sutton Stracke did a little digging and came to the decision that she didn't feel Erika could be trusted. The court of public opinion seems to be leaning towards agreeing with Sutton. The "Pretty Mess" singer has always claimed that it was expensive to be her, but followers really can't grasp just how wealthy the housewife is.
Erika took to her Instagram to share a photo of herself in lingerie and black Christian Louboutin high heels that cost $700. While some fans thought her photo was hot, most found it tasteless. Erika shared a kiss emoji while wearing a Savage Fenty outfit, but followers also noted that she might have been let go as Rihanna's ambassador. Bravo followers wasted no time tearing Erika apart amid lawsuits claiming her husband stole from orphans and widows. Erika haters were less than impressed with her backside and ostentatious photo. One fan noted that "Someone’s looking for another sugar daddy," implying Erika would need to find another rich husband to keep the life she has become accustomed to.
Another fan made a poignant comparison when writing, "I know many victims who still haven’t got paid and the optics here are just like the ex First Lady wearing a jacket saying no one cares." Many feel that Erika should be using her platform to help those her husband hurt. Bravo viewers are disgusted that Erika is still cashing in on her celebrity status even though she's caught up in a controversial lawsuit.
There is no denying that Erika standing in a metaphorical pile of money does not look good when orphans and widows still have nothing. Bravo fans have often wondered where why it appears as though Erika has no empathy and compassion for the victims in the lawsuit? It seems like she does not care if she appears to be cold toward the victims and is not afraid to tell people to kiss her perfectly shaped diamond.
