The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans have learned that every word said by Erika Jayne on the show will be investigated and transcribed to see if lawyers can find clues to some missing money. As a result, RHOBH star Erika will be under a microscope for the entire season and judged not only by fans but by multiple legal teams.

Tom Girardi was once a respected lawyer, but he has lost his legal license due to his problems. The RHOBH husband also been diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer's Disease. On March 9, the State Bar of California deemed he isn’t allowed to practice law, and he has already filed for bankruptcy. Erika and Tom have both been accused of stealing his clients' funds, amongst other things, and fans are appalled that the couple allegedly stole the money from orphans and widows. However, Erika has kept her mouth shut, and fans will be hearing her side in the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Attorney Ronald Richards took to Twitter to share We will be transcribing every word. The show does not provide immunity to its talent. Ronald has been keeping fans abreast of the couple’s legal situation and has already revealed that Tom is in debt to hundreds of clients. Erika’s husband has been appointed a court-ordered conservatorship, and the "Pretty Mess" singer is still being accused of helping her soon-to-be ex-husband hide some of his assets from creditors. Legal professionals have already made it quite clear that they are going to be carefully scrutinizing the new season to see if they can catch Erika. For her part, RHOBH star Erika has objected furiously to an investigation into her finances. According to the court documents, the reality star claims the property she possesses, except for a few items, are all gifts from her husband, which she is entitled to keep. Bravo fans are ready to see her side of the story unravel after the production crew began filming back in October of 2020, shortly before she filed for divorce in November of the same year.

Erika revealed in the RHOBH season premiere that she started to take anti-depressants after COVID-19 struck. But fans are finding it very hard to empathize with the reality star since she has always been a rather cold character on the show. Nevertheless, many feel she is not totally blameless and want to see how the season plays out. Fans already know she gets heated with Sutton Stracke and can guess that she also has some run-ins with the other women.
