Erika Jayne from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and her estranged husband Tom Girardi have allegedly defaulted on their taxes. They may be in big trouble.

The blonde housewife wants to make sure that she gets to tell her side of the story. Since news of Erika and Tom's divorce dropped right before Christmas, fresh scandals are erupting constantly. Things are now even crazier, as she has accused a California judge of being her husband's alleged mistress. Erika Jayne is "not holding back" about her pending divorce on the new The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season, which is currently filming. It is also alleged that the RHOBH couple redirected settlement funds that were meant to go toward the families of victims of Lion Air Flight 610.

Both Erika and Tom from Real Housewives have been sued by Edelson PC on behalf of several Boeing plane crash victims. However, Erika is not about to go down without a fight. Now, according to Reality Blurb, the couple has defaulted on their property taxes, and trustees are currently searching for any hidden millions. Check out the post below:

The outlet reported that the trustees who had been appointed to watch over the RHOBH celebs' assets are preparing to sell off their worldly possessions so they can repay the funds owed. Now, it has been revealed that both Erika and Tom have allegedly failed to pay their property taxes. Ronald Richards, a lawyer, shared tweets showing documents that read, "Breaking: Both of the Girardi properties have defaulted on their property tax. This is a bad omen as property tax is a senior lien over everything else. Trustee's Rund and Miller need to evict Erika Jayne and Tom immediately and get these props up 4 sale." The attorney also revealed that the couple owes two separate payments, one in the amount of $16,716.62 and the other in the amount of $15,196.92. He tweeted, "Rund is going to try and figure it where and to who Erika Jayne and T. Girardi moved their millions to. Miller retained SMILEY WANG-EKVALL, LLP (we will comment on this later) and Rund retained Levene, Neale, Bender, Brill & Yoo, LLP. The next thing to look 4 is…#GIRARDIFRAUD." See one tweet below:

According to Ronald, Erika from Real Housewives is not yet bankrupt, even though her husband has filed bankruptcy. Currently, Erika is away with the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, filming the next season. Fans can't help but wonder if all this legal turmoil will culminate in her being let go by the network.
