It looks like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne will discuss her legal issues on the reunion show. Erika has found herself swimming in lawsuits, thanks to her ex-husband Tom Girardi. While fans are not sure if they believe that Erika was not involved in Tom’s illegal doings, it looks like they will at least hear her side of the story on the RHOBH season 11 reunion show.

Erika went through a very public divorce from Tom in 2020. Now she finds herself caught up in lawsuits due to accusations that Tom defrauded clients and business partners and did some shady things as an attorney. Many believe that Erika was not only aware of Tom’s illegal actions, but that she was involved and even helped him in some way. This has been the topic of discussion on season 11 as Erika has started opening up about what is going on in her life to the other housewives. While many would like to believe that Erika is as innocent as she claims, the more she opens up her mouth about what happened, she seems to be backing herself into a corner and making things worse. The details in her stories do not seem to be adding up, so viewers are curious if she will discuss them on the reunion show.

An insider told Hollywood Life that Erika will not try to hide her legal issues on the RHOBH reunion show, “Erika knows she’ll need to address everything at the reunion and she expects [host] Andy [Cohen] to go hard on her, but she’ll be ready.” The insider continued stating that although the reunion will be hard for her, she is a strong woman and knows that this is something that she will get through. It was also mentioned that “most of the ladies” have had Erika’s back in all of the drama she has found herself in.

RHOBH's Erika Jayne Crying Over Divorce

It is unclear who the insider is suggesting does not have Erika’s back later in the season but based on the most recent episode of RHOBH season 11, it looks like Sutton may be questioning Erika’s claim of innocence. It is hard to blame her when the whole story Erika shared about Tom’s car accident in the last episode just did not add up. It will be interesting to see if other housewives turn against Erika before the reunion airs.

While The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans have watched some pretty heated reunion shows unfold in the past, it looks like this may be the most dramatic one yet. It seems like it will be nearly impossible for Erika to avoid discussing everything that is going on in her life on the reunion show. If she chooses to dodge the tough questions Andy Cohen is sure to throw her way, it will only make her look guilty. Viewers will have to wait and see what happens at the reunion.
