Dorit Kemsley and Teddi Mellencamp are not happy with Lisa Vanderpump. The stars from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills recently discussed why they think Lisa has not let any of the drama go that occurred on the show while she was a housewife.
As all RHOBH fans know, Lisa decided to exit the show in true dramatic Vanderpump fashion after Puppygate took a turn for the worst in season nine. Lisa had enough of the drama when the housewives turned against her, including her close friend Dorit. Although she has left the show, Lisa still finds herself caught up in housewife drama. She was recently in the news after reports said Kyle Richards recently dined at the same restaurant as Lisa and that Lisa left without paying for her meal and sent her check over to Kyle’s table. Vanderpump claims she did it as a joke and that she left an imprint of her credit card in case the tab wasn’t picked up. Word is that Lisa also scribbled on the other housewives’ faces when a fan approached her that same night for an autograph.
Dorit and Teddi discussed Lisa during an episode of Teddi’s podcast Teddi Tea Pod. Teddi said, “The part that’s a little bit confusing to me about Lisa is that she repeatedly acts like the Housewives is like, ugh, but she’s always talking about it.” The two housewives went on to talk about how immediately after that was in the news, they saw Lisa responding to it in an interview. Teddi also said she always had a problem with Lisa because she would switch the narrative to make herself look better. Dorit said she thought it was very childish of Lisa to cross out their faces in a fan’s photo. She says Lisa wants nothing to do with a friendship or narrative she can’t control, which bothers Dorit.
While Dorit and Teddi seem to be accusing Lisa of not moving on from RHOBH drama, it is a little ironic because it seems as though the housewives haven’t moved on from it themselves. It’s also not so surprising that Lisa has not let things go when this show has been a huge part of her life.
It looks like the housewives may never be on good terms with Lisa. It is pretty obvious that none of them have really let go of any of the tension that occurred on season nine of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. While it is unfortunate that they may never all be friends again, it is not that surprising to fans of the show.
