Dorit Kemsley from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and her husband PK have put their Encino mansion up for sale. They are now on the hunt for a bigger place to settle down in. The couple purchased this home just last year, in August 2019. Now, there is a new normal and their family's needs have changed accordingly. Their old home just doesn't do it for them anymore.

Dorit and PK have not been the most beloved The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members, but they've fit in just fine as time has gone on. Throughout her journey on RHOBH, viewers and cast members have questioned Dorit's strange accent, where she's from, and what exactly her motives are. She's slammed Kyle Richard's fashion line, insulted Teddi Mellencamp (more than once), and stirred the pot with a few other stars on the show. Dorit moved right next door to Kyle last year, in Encino, California, and after all their disputes, they've hashed things out. They even went on vacation to Cabo together just this week.

A source told Daily Mail that the couple is selling their home because they're going to start running their businesses from their home, so they need more space. The source also stated, “Their kids are also being homeschooled so they are looking for a larger estate that is laid out for this new COVID world we find ourselves in.” They have the house on the market for $9.495 million and have the help of David Parnes, who is Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles cast member, to sell it. David Parnes actually works at The Agency, a company owned by Kyle Richards' husband Mauricio Umansky. After buying it for $6.5 million, Dorit and PK are looking at making a $3 million profit after it sells. See the listing below:

The mansion is white with black accents on the outside, with a farm-style feel on the inside. The kitchen can be seen in some episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and that room features white cabinets and splashes of gold. There are a few bedrooms, huge closets, and floor-to-ceiling windows. It doesn't stop there. There are also marble bathrooms, a home theater, a huge pool, an outdoor lounging area, and a basketball court.

Part 3 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 10 reunion will be airing Wednesday, September 9, and between scandal-plagued Denise Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Teddi Mellencamp, Dorit Kemsley, and Kyle Richards, there'll be drama galore, plus feuds to be resolved.
