Bravo has officially confirmed that the newest The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member will be Crystal Kung Minkoff.

Bravo fans knew that a shakeup of multiple franchises was an inevitability. Leah McSweeney from RHONY called out the network for its lack of diversity. Even though the network tried to add women from different backgrounds, it just wasn't enough. However, after revealing that they had added the first African American housewife to the New York franchise, Bravo also wanted a new addition for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The Bravo network finally confirmed what many fans were hoping to hear in The Daily Dish. Crystal Kung Minkoff is set to be the first Asian American to star in a housewife franchise and fans are very excited. Crystal is a mother of two and an entrepreneur. She is the founder of Real Coco, which offers coconut products, such as milk, water, coffee creamer, and chips. The rookie is set to join the rest of the ladies who hold diamonds for RHOBH season 11. The newest 90210 housewife is married to Rob Minkoff, whom many people may know as the man who directed the animated classic, The Lion King, for Disney. Crystal married Rob in 2007 and they share a son named Max and a daughter named Zoe. The cute couple has already been married for 13 years.

The network decided to add another star after Teddi Mellencamp and Denise Richards parted ways with the franchise. Teddi made it known back in September that she and the network had not parted ways amicably. She said, "Of course I could give you the standard response of, 'Oh we both came to the decision that it would be best.' Nah, I'm not going to do that — that's not who I am.” The mother of three’s contract was not renewed, while Denise just was just totally fed up with the show.

Crystal will be joining the current cast which includes Kyle Richards, Erika Girardi, Garcelle Beauvais, Lisa Rinna, and Dorit Kemsley. Sutton Stracke is set to return as a friend because her ex-husband does not want their children filmed. However, lots of RHOBH fans are crossing their fingers, hoping that she officially joins the cast and gets a diamond of her own. There is no premiere date for RHOBH season 11 yet, so fans will have to wait a little longer for the drama to return.
