Kandi Burruss is issuing out some changes within her steakhouse after The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was called out after a customer was charged for ice. Apparently, adding ice to your drink will cost you at Kandi's establishment. While she didn't draft the receipt herself, Kandi's name being tied to the eatery was enough for her to get blamed for the misunderstanding. Kandi became the talk of the town after one lawyer blasted his ice charges on social media.

As an entrepreneur with multiple businesses under her belt, Kandi is no stranger to poor customer reviews. But her Blaze Steak and Seafood restaurant hasn't gotten much love since it opened. Back in May, Kandi made media headlines after the restaurant failed its health inspection and was shut down. A few weeks later, Kandi and her husband, Todd Tucker, reopened the eatery after working to fix the area that needed tending to. But now just three months later, the restaurant is under fire once again after one angry customer put Blaze on blast.

In a post captured by Spiritual Word on Instagram, customer Ryan Williams took to social media to criticize Kandi's steakhouse after he was charged for ice. "Kandi this is my second time trying to patronize your restaurant @BlazeSteakAndSeaFood," he captioned the post. "The first time I was overcharged for cheese and margarita ice. I am very upset I had to pay $4 for my ice for my mixed henn and coke drink and another $8 for a Red Bull." He went on to explain how he advocates for supporting Black-owned businesses but demanded that Kandi fix the issue. However, after speaking with Kandi personally, Ryan followed up and revealed that the Bravo star has permanently removed the ice charges from her POS system.

He said he never wanted to cancel or boycott Kandi's steakhouse; he just wanted the issue rectified. "I know how much power I have and how much power people collectively have and I am happy that Blaze has decided to make things right," he added. The attorney received mixed reviews for taking his gripes to social media. Many felt that he didn't understand how most bars typically charge for alcohol served on the rocks. But it looks like, despite those who defended Kandi, she decided to do what was best to please her customers.

With all the drama Kandi experiences as a business owner, many Housewives fans are anxiously awaiting a spin-off for the longtime star. Like Lisa Vanderpump, who has her own spin-off centered around her restaurants, Kandi is also an established entrepreneur who owns multiple restaurants and clothing stores. She's also a decorated musician with accolades as a singer and songwriter. With The Real Housewives of Atlanta gearing up for season 14, viewers are wondering if Kandi will still be a full-time cast member and what exactly her storyline will be this time around. With the return of one show OG, Kandi could help with the dynamic between the new and old faces in the cast.
