Phaedra is the only housewife in history to be dismissed for lying about another cast member. Since her departure, Kandi has vowed to never film with her again. But producers found a way to bring Phaedra back to Bravo without her filming for RHOA. After noting how much the season 14 ratings have "nosedived" since season 13, the Redditor thinks Kandi's alleged $2.5m+ salary is way too high for the 700-800k average viewers the show has started to bring in each week. The fan believes that show producers are starting to ask themselves "how can we justify paying Kandi this amount with very low ratings in comparison to the 2m viewers they were getting in 2020?"
Others noted Kandi's dynamic as a housewife and think she is well established on her own and doesn't need the show.
