While Drew Sidora is the new girl on the block, it's the original housewives who have been delivering iconic moments since the get-go. While some are still on the show, others have left the Real Housewives franchise, exiting in typically dramatic fashion. Every past housewife has impacted the show, but the OGs have defined RHOA, and it's their iconic moments that fans will remember forever.

Deshawn's Charity Fail

Deshawn Snow in season 1 of Real Housewives of Atlanta

On the first season of RHOA, Deshawn Snow set herself the ambitious task of raising $1,000,000 for her foundation. The money was intended to help young girls from inner-city schools, so Deshawn threw a gala to accomplish her goal.

Unfortunately, this was the first charity event that Deshawn had ever thrown, and it didn't go well. Despite her fellow housewives encouraging her to charge tickets on the door, Deshawn was stubborn and was determined that she could raise the money selling jewelry and auctioning off packages. In a hilariously cringeworthy scene, not a single guest bid at the auction. The next day Deshawn revealed that while they'd raised $10,000, she'd spent $30,000 on the gala, so they hadn't even broken even.

Lisa Visits Her Brother's Grave

While former housewife Lisa Wu didn't leave much of an impact on the show, her trip to L.A. was a really touching moment for viewers. Lisa invited Nene Leakes to travel with her to the west coast for Lisa's grandmother's birthday. It was hilarious to watch Nene interact with Lisa's outspoken family, but the trip took an emotional turn when Lisa visited her brother Meho's grave.

Since his passing, Lisa had never visited his grave. But she felt it was finally time to face her fears, and unite with her family to memorialize him. Lisa's journey to pay tribute to her brother, and work through her grief was poignant, and one of the most genuine moments the show has ever had.

Kandi - Pillow Talk

Nene restraints Kandi in season 1 of RHoA

Kandi Burruss is usually one of the more down-to-earth women on the show, but even she got caught up in the mayhem that was 'Pillow Talk'. When Nene tried to arrange a couples slumber party night, it should've just been champagne, nibbles, and never have I ever. However, the party got wildly out of control when the men got into a physical altercation.

After the men were removed from the room it should have died down, however, the ladies were still very intoxicated. Cynthia and Peter were up in Kandi and Todd's face, before Cynthia's sister Mallory got in the middle and shoved Todd. This ignited Kandi's rage, and she had to be held back by Todd and Nene, screaming the iconic line "I will drag you in this b*tch". Never get on the wrong side of Kandi Burruss.

Cynthia - The Friendship Contract

Cynthia asks Nene to sign a friendship contract in season 1 of RHoA

She may have been on the show for 11 seasons, but Cynthia Bailey's most iconic moment will forever be the friendship contract. After a blow-up between Nene and Cynthia's husband Peter, Cynthia tried to make amends with Nene. So she gives her a friendship contract:

"...a one-year contract, you can't break it, unless you send a notarized letter explaining why you want to void the contract, and even then it has to be signed, by like, the president."

Nene was bemused, exclaiming "Cynthia we are not married", and hilariously saying in her confessional "this is definitely some single black female sh*t". Although Nene did end up signing it, the ladies broke every clause over the next few seasons, until Cynthia set fire to the infamous contract in her kitchen sink.

Porscha - The Season 6 Reunion

Porsha drags Kenya in the RHOA season 6 reunion

There was bad blood between Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore from the second the two ladies joined the show. Over two seasons the tension built, until it came to a head in the explosive season 6 reunion.

Kenya accused Porsha of cheating on her ex-husband, to which Porsha responded that Kenya was a "hoe from the '90s". As the ladies began to shout over each other, Kenya brought out a megaphone and yelled that Porsha was a "dumb hoe". Porsha slapped at the megaphone and proceeded to drag Kenya across the floor by her hair. Host Andy Cohen tried to intervene and the two ladies were pulled away by security.

Kenya - Gone With The Wind Fabulous

Another of Porsha and Kenya's iconic fights took place during season 5. When the two first met at Porsha's charity function, Porsha mistakenly introduced Kenya as a former Miss America, rather than a former Miss USA. This feud bubbled to the surface again on the cast trip to Anguilla.

The ladies tried to get Porsha and Kenya to talk things out, but it quickly blew up into an argument. Kenya's most iconic moment occurred when she yelled to Porsha: "I have been in the business 20 years and I'm still here [...] I'm still fabulous". She then proceeded to twirl around, shouting "fabulous right, gone with the wind fabulous." The ladies were left dumbfounded by Kenya's antics, as she twirled away into the night.

Phaedra's Lie

Phaedra's most iconic moment was also her greatest downfall, as it got her fired from the show. During season 9 a rumor spread that Kandi might be a lesbian. Then, during a lunch date, Porsha accused Kandi of wanting to drug her and have sex with her. At the reunion Kandi finally confronted Porsha on these rumors, asking her why she was telling people this.

Porsha admitted that Phaedra was the one who told her this, but Phaedra quickly rebutted that she had heard it from someone else. This shocked Porsha, and she denied it, protesting: "no, you told me [Kandi] said it to you". The realization then dawned on the ladies that Phaedra was responsible for making up the appalling lies about her ex-BFF Kandi.

Kim - Don't Be Tardy For The Party

Kim Zolciack's attempts to become a popstar provided viewers with a lot of laughs over the seasons. Kim had next to no vocal ability, as evidenced by her cringe-inducing recording sessions, but that didn't stop her from going for broke.

Her "breakout" hit was 'Tardy For The Party', which was written and produced by fellow housewife Kandi. It was originally intended to be a duet between Kim and Nene, but at the last minute Kim dropped Nene from the song, reigniting their tumultuous feud. The song also caused conflict between Kim and Kandi, and Kandi eventually filed a lawsuit against Kim for failing to pay her for working on the song. While the song caused a lot of fights, it's one of Kim's most iconic moments, even inspiring the title of her spin-off show Don't Be Tardy.

Nene - The Tour Bus Fight

Everything Nene does is iconic, and every Housewives fan is sure to have their favorite moment. One of the defining points of early RHOA was the tour bus fight between Nene and Kim. Nene immediately joined the bus with a negative attitude, dragging Kim's singing career and accusing her of treating her assistant Sweetie like a slave.

The brawl quickly escalated as the two traded insults, before Nene stood up and got in Kim's face. As the other bus passengers intervened to hold them back, Nene threatened to strangle Kim. When the tour bus finally arrived in Miami, the rest of the women were stunned as the explosive argument spilled out of the bus. It's safe to say, Nene Leakes is not someone to be messed with.

Sheree - Who Gon' Check Me Boo?

Sheree fights with her wedding planner

Sheree Whitfield's altercation with her party planner will go down in history as one of the most iconic RHOA moments of all time. After having communication issues with her party planner, Sheree decided to discuss the issues with him in person. The meeting quickly turned hostile when Anthony (the party planner) refused to be held accountable for the disorganization, arguing that Sheree should take her business "and her attitude" elsewhere.

Sheree responded that he needed to get his finger out of her face, but Anthony snapped back that Sheree should watch herself before she gets checked. Sheree then snapped back with the immortal line: "who gon' check me boo?" The argument quickly descended into pettiness, as the party planner resorted to trashing Sheree's mother. Sheree's final thoughts on the matter: "whatever happened to... customer service."
