The July 2021 lineup for PlayStation Now includes a few notable heavy-hitters, namely Red Dead Redemption 2, Judgment, and Nioh 2. PlayStation Now's additions throughout the year have been nothing short of impressive, so far. January 2021 added Frostpunk and The Crew 2 to the mix, for instance, with Borderlands 3 and Marvel's Avengers headlining the April selection. In June, PS Now subscribers were treated to The Witcher 3 and multiple Sonic titles.

Sony has spent nearly two years boosting PlayStation Now's value, a move that first took form with a significant price cut in October 2019. The change in pricing saw the monthly cost of $19.99 for PS Now drop to $9.99. Meanwhile, the yearly price went from $99.99 to a much more reasonable $59.99. And the revised subscription model continues to prove a boon, with the service logging a respectable 3.2 million subscribers as of March 31, 2021 - a 2.2 million increase since the PS Now relaunch in Fall 2019. Sony boasts even loftier ambitions on this front, too, with hopes of eventually reaching one billion users for PS Now.

A post on the PlayStation Blog reveals July 2021's lineup for PS Now, which goes live on Tuesday, July 6. Judgment and Red Dead Redemption 2 headline the new additions, though both will exit the service this fall on October 4 and November 1, respectively. God of War (2018) is also rejoining the platform for an unspecified amount of time. In addition, moving simulator Moving Out, Nascar Heat 5, Nioh 2, and Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 hit PS Now on July 6 and will remain for the foreseeable future.

PS Now July 2021 lineup

The likes of God of War, Judgment, Nioh 2, and Red Dead Redemption 2 hardly need introductions. 2018's award-winning God of War entry pulls Kratos away from the Greek pantheon and drops him into the world of Norse mythology. A Yakuza spinoff with a sequel on the way, Judgment places players in the role of a lawyer-turned-private detective. The final entry in Team Ninja's Souls-esque series, Nioh 2 packs in quite the challenging action-RPG experience. And, of course, Red Dead Redemption 2 serves as a prequel to 2010's stellar Red Dead Redemption, providing fans with a closer look at what happened to the Van der Linde gang.

Moving Out is an entirely different beast, dropping players into the shoes of a Furniture Arrangement & Relocation Technician in a solo or co-op adventure. Racing fans can challenge themselves to win the 2020 Nascar Cup Series in Nascar Heat 5. And Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 comes packed with 15 Olympic events, including games centered around Athletics and Aquatics.
