Red Dead Redemption 2 actor Roger Clark has been one of many people struggling with the COVID-19 lockdown. Many people aren't exactly sure what to do and have gone through many ups and downs over the last year but Clark found a way to put it all into some touching words.

Clark played the lead cowboy in Red Dead Redemption 2, Arthur Morgan. It's an understatement to say that the character he played went through tough times as well. From a collapsing gang to contracting a deadly disease, the character went through the hardest of struggles. Perhaps the actor learned something from the five years he spent playing the character in the acclaimed western.

Roger Clark noted in an article for GamingBible that his life was great right before the pandemic began with great health and general happiness. "This horrible virus has in some ways been a unifying experience - and when it finally becomes a memory, that unity will remain. Everyone is going through it right now, and while some have it worse than others, almost all of us have a common understanding and empathy that has grown in the last year."

The actor went on to note that he believes the COVID-19 pandemic brought his family closer together and has shown a lot of bright sides to our society. "I can't wait for it to be over - but my family is a stronger unit than it has ever been before. It would be foolish to pretend that this whole thing hasn't been overwhelmingly a horrific experience, but there has been a lot of charity, care, bravery and teamwork in all of our communities. The most normal of us have stepped up and become heroes, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel."

It's a great message to show that some of the worst of times are behind us and there's plenty to look forward to. The Red Dead Redemption 2 actor has always been an incredibly positive force, particularly on social media. He interacts with fans, makes skits, does frequent autograph signings, live streams, and much more. Clark may not resemble his Red Dead Redemption 2 counterpart by being a brutish criminal but he does share one quality with the cowboy: A big heart. The character has a substantial redemption arc, seeing him help various characters in side quests but, more notably, he helped John Marston in an effort to escape the darkness and find a happy life.
