RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 7 has been a series like no other. This is the first time in the franchise that past winners of the show compete against each other for a second bid for the crown. It is fair to say that each of the queens has been worthy of the crown before and is certainly worthy of it again.

However, in some reality TV show seasons, that is not the case. With these competition shows, fans love to weigh in on who they believe the winner should be. Redditors have taken to the forums to discuss who they feel ruined the season by their win. Not everyone is going to be happy with the way seasons go, and these Redditors talk about the seasons that were ruined because of the choice of the winner.

Andy Herron (Big Brother)

Big Brother is known for its scheming, unpredictable drama, and gameplay. The show aired in 2000 and is one of the longest-running reality TV shows. With so many seasons, there are bound to be some controversial winners. Season 15 is known for having some of the worst racism that Andy, the winner, won simply because the was the least offensive cast member.

Redditor Shadowliberal said, "The cast was so hated that a boring guy who didn't get a particularly good edit and left the house pre-jury finished in the top 3 for America's favorite vote." In an interview with EW, Herron said he got "the worst winner's edit in the history of the show".

Whitney Thompson (America's Next Top Model)

Whitney Thompson won season 10 of ANTM, becoming the first plus-size model to win the competition. Though she won the competition, she was in the bottom two four times and the judges often critiqued her for being too "pageant" or "fake".

Her performance throughout the season left fans a little underwhelmed that she was the ultimate winner, including various Redditors. A Redditor took a poll on who was the least deserving of a win and, out of 540 votes, 275 went to Whitney. Jonandreyuaosuni said, "Whitney with 4 bottom 2 is really questionable and she should've been eliminated at the final 5."

Chris Underwood (Survivor)

Season 38 of Survivor, called Edge of Extinction was the first season where players who were voted out didn't immediately leave the island and were given a chance to return to their tribe. Due to this, Chris Underwood only spent 12 days actually playing with the other players as he spent the majority of his time on the Edge, lauded as the worst move to make in Survivor history.

This led to some fans believing he didn't deserve to win and that he only had to ride the coattails of the players who paved the way to his win. Redditor arctos889  sums up this perfectly, "The jury basically handed him a roadmap of how to win."

Courtney Lapresi (MasterChef)

It was fairly obvious from the start that season 5 winner Courtney Lapresi received preferential treatment from the judges. She made a mistake by putting too much salt in her doughnuts and was allowed to stay but when Leslie over-salted his cake, he was eliminated for essentially the same mistake.

Redditor Ace12773 said, "Leslie and Elizabeth were far better cooks than her and I feel like the show shoehorned her into the trophy for some baffling reason." Clear favoritism can understandably rub viewers up the wrong way and it seemed odd that the judges were so taken with her when there were other standout competitors that could cook circles around her, making her one of the worst winners of MasterChef.

Flo and Zach (The Amazing Race)

In season 3, Zach and Flo made waves when Flo whined and cried through almost every roadblock, detour, and minor inconvenience. It's baffling when contestants of the show are underprepared physically for a show that requires countless miles of running and walking. Zach was known for being laidback and calm, getting Flo through every single challenge.

About Zach and Flo, Redditor Pablois4 said, "he cajoled, coaxed and many times actually carried Flo's whiny ass around the world. I was glad Zach won TAR 3 but also really peeved that Flo got half the winnings." While many fans of the show were happy to see Zach win, it was a bummer to see half of the winnings go to someone who only participated in one challenge.

Tyra Sanchez (RuPaul's Drag Race)

RuPaul's Drag Race is a highly successful show made popular by the extravagance of the contestants, their "drag queen" attitude, and their ability to entertain a crowd. There have been many deserving winners in Reddit's eyes yet while some believe season 2 winner Tyra deserved the win, for some Redditors, she just didn't have the star power other contestants had.

FGF10 said, "Tyra is beautiful, no doubt. But she is entirely without charisma, and really she's a fairly generic Beyonce-obsessed drag queen." Furthermore, runner-up Raven has continued to be a fan favorite and many fans felt she deserved to win the season, with Redditor, heyitzhenny stating "Raven brought so much more wit and humor and star quality. Tyra seemed a bit immature with her drag."

Frances Quinn (Great British Baking Show)

The Great British Baking Show  is popular for its English countryside setting, calming nature of the judges, and the wholesomeness of the show at large. It's been on air since 2010 and there have been many deserving winners. As the show progressed, viewers have become more and more particular about the level of baking by the contestants.

Redditors took to the forums to discuss why Frances was a subpar winner in season 4. Drzoidburger said, "Frances clearly won that day because Ruby and Kimberly choked, but her bakes were my least favorite all season." It can be a real shame when talented fan-favorites stumble at the last hurdle, which seems to be the case with this season of the show.

Anya Ayoung Chee (Project Runway)

Anya Ayoung Chee was an interesting win for season 9 because she had an amazing eye for fashion but couldn't actually sew. It limited her to what she could make despite her talent for design. It made a lot of her clothes look handmade and, while she had a cohesive collection, it could have used some finessing.

A now-deleted Reddit user said, "the more you post these the more I think - wow there were some winners with terrible collections!" Not only did Anya skate by without being able to sew, but she won her season. She came back for an all-stars season and was quickly eliminated because, once again, she could not sew.

Bobby Bones (Dancing With The Stars)

Dancing with the Stars has had a lot of changes over the course of its impressive 30-season run. Most notably is the lack of A-list stars which is what made the show so popular. Despite this, the show is still extremely entertaining and worth the watch. Fans took to Reddit to discuss their least favorite winner and hands down, it was Bobby Bones of season 27.

Redditor aron24 said, "The show has had a lot of questionable winners, but there is a really big gap between the worst winner out of the past 26 seasons, and Bobby. He's really just bad. Real bad." Fans were outraged that he had, on average, the lowest judges score out of the bunch, yet somehow still pulled out the win.

Russell Ferguson (So You Think You Can Dance)

One thing fans of So You Think You Can Dance appreciate is the fact that the winners of the 17 seasons all have diverse dancing styles. The show doesn't favor one dance style over another giving many talented dancers a chance at winning. Despite this, some fans weren't happy with season 6 winner, Russell Ferguson.

Redditor SamiAm_3210 said, "I feel like SYTYCD has a few past winners that they/Nigel don't like or are resentful of the fact that they won, and Russell is one of them." If this is true, for even the judges to possibly dislike the winner of a show speaks volumes.
