If you think coronavirus quarantine is bad, imagine being stuck in a house for days on end with your ex. Unfortunately, that's the situation some reality stars are in right now. While the rest of us just have to worry about keeping ourselves entertained, these reality stars are fighting to keep the peace while stuck in the same house.
For about two weeks now - a little longer in some areas - US citizens have been asked to stay home to stop the quick spread of the coronavirus. While the virus began in Wuhan, China, it has now spread across the world. It was officially declared a global pandemic in early March, and the US started to see a rise in infections just a few days later. Now, most major industries including bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and cinemas are closed until further notice. Americans are being asked to stay at home, as the social distancing strategy should help to stop the spread of the virus and ensure that hospitals have enough availability to care for the more critical patients.
While social distancing is the right move, it has led to some awkward situations for citizens who weren't planning to be stranded at home. Unfortuantely, some reality stars found themselves trapped in a tricky situation with their ex. Whether the stars chose to stay together or it happened by accident, quarantining with an ex can't be the most comfortable experience. Khloé Kardashian & Tristan Thompson
Keeping Up with the Kardashian star Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson chose to quarantine together with their daughter, True. Despite Khloé and Tristan's fraught history, an insider reported that the Kardashian doesn't have any bad feelings towards her ex any longer. In fact, being quarantined together has actually softened the star's heart towards her ex. Although the Kardashian and Thompson aren't planning to get back together, they seem to be getting along well. Hannah Brown & Tyler Cameron
Former Bachelorette star Hannah Brown flew out to visit her ex Tyler Cameron in Jupiter, Florida right before the quarantine rules truly went into effect. It's unclear how long she originally planned to stay, but she's now stuck in a house with Cameron for the foreseeable future. However, the pair seem to be making the most of it. They've dubbed themselves the Quarantine Crew and have been posting videos that include both Bachelor Nation stars, as well as various friends who are also trapped by the quarantine rules. While they continue to keep fans guessing as to their relationship status, it's clear that the two stars have no bad blood between them.
Ramona & Mario Singer
The Real Housewives of New York City's Ramona Singer decided to spend her isolation in a more tropical locale: Boca Raton, Florida. To the surprise of many fans, however, Ramona's ex-husband Mario is also quarantining with the reality star and her daughter. Although the couple split in 2016, Ramona has made it clear that she works not to harbor any ill will towards her ex. According to Us Weekly, Ramona stated that the three stay sane together by having a sort of routine and participating in their own activities. She also described her relationship with her ex as "cordial," explaining that they try to work together for their daughter's sake. As for how she's keeping herself occupied, this video posted on her Instagram shows that she's doing quite a bit of cleaning, perhaps for the first time in a while.
Ashley Marson & Jay Smith
This couple from 90 Day Fiancé has had a tumultuous relationship since their first appearance on the TLC show. While they were in one of their "off" stages, they recently reunited and decided to quarantine together. According to E!, an insider shared that the couple rekindled their relationship within the last two weeks and plan to stay together for the duration of the quarantine. Since reuniting, the pair have posted pictures and videos flaunting their romance all over Instagram:
