In January, Bravo announced the cast for the fourth season of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. After the success of the first two seasons, Bravo is only picking up speed when it comes to this entertaining spinoff. With season 3 premiering in the spring of 2023, The Real Housewives fans have a lot to look forward to.

Although the season 4 cast has just been announced, not much is known about the season thus far. However, some of the Housewives are already giving interviews about cast dramas, theories, and hopes.

Meet The Cast!

Bravo announced that the fourth season would have some familiar faces from previous seasons of RHUGT. Phaedra Parks and Eva Marcille (The Real Housewives of Atlanta), Vicki Gunvalson (The Real Housewives of Orange County), and Brandi Glanville (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) are all returning for a second season.

Joining them is Alex McCord (The Real Housewives of New York), Caroline Manzo (The Real Housewives of New Jersey), Gretchen Rossi (The Real Housewives of Orange County), and Camille Grammer-Meyer (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills). The contrast in Housewives will be a great addition to season 4.

Where Does Season 4 Take Place?

A split image of the women of RHONY in Morocco

Season 1 of RHUGT saw the women party on the tropical islands of Turks and Caicos. Season 2 changed it up on the Bravolebrities and had the cast stay at Dorinda Medley’s iconic home in the Berkshires called Bluestone Manner. Some Housewives were bothered that they were spending their time in Western Massachusetts as opposed to the islands, so to spice things up for season 3, Bravo sent the women to Thailand.

With three epic locations, season 4 is upping the ante and taking the women to Morocco, according to People. Ironically, the women from RHONY have already been to Morocco for a cast trip, and it became one of The Real Housewives of New York's best vacations.

When Does Filming Start?

Diehard fans of The Real Housewives are reminded of feuds, alliances, and funny moments during RHUGT. Taking place in Morocco, there’s no telling what will be brought up in season 4, especially with OG Housewives under one roof.

While not official, it’s rumored that season 4 films this year so that it can have a 2024 release date. Cast member Gretchen Rossi wrote evidence that filming was happening soon, talking about 2023. “Yes, the rumors are true! I am coming back to your TV screens! Let’s go 2023! I’m super excited for this Epic Trip!,” she said, according to US Magazine.

Alex McCord Had No Idea Who Her Castmates Were

As one of the best former Housewives of RHONY, it’s going to be a real treat seeing Alex McCord back on screens. Alex was an OG Housewife who hasn’t been back on the network since season 4. Since Alex has been so far removed from the series, she hilariously took to Instagram to ask fans for help.

She asked fans for more information on the women. The first woman she asked about was RHOBH’s, Brandi Glanville. The comments section on each post has been gold since no one is more dedicated to Bravo than its fans.

There's Drama Already Between Brandi Glanville And Others

Brandi Glanville is one of the more notorious Housewives and has some dramatic episodes on RHOBH. After being a Housewife on the main roster for three seasons, she signed on as a friend to cast dispersions in the group. Brandi joined season 2 of RHUGT and will be back for season 4 alongside new and familiar Housewives.

As per usual, Brandi has already stirred the pot before filming started. After McCord asked Instagram to fill her in on Brandi since she knew nothing about her, Brandi tweeted an unsavory message for McCord because she didn't believe that she didn't know who she was. With Brandi and McCord being total opposites, it'll be interesting to see how these two connect in Morocco.

Teresa Giudice Has Some Strong Thoughts About Caroline Manzo Joining

One of the more iconic feuds on RHONJ was between Caroline Manzo and Teresa Giudice. The two started as close friends but once Teresa's sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, joined, many of Teresa's alliances left — including Manzo. The two became mortal enemies and duked it out at countless reunions until Manzo left for her spinoff.

The two are still not on speaking terms, but it looks like Manzo is returning to Bravo for the first time since RHONJ for a chance at redemption on RHUGT. As expected, Teresa had some thoughts. On an episode of Teresa's podcast Namaste B$tches, she said "I don’t see her fitting in, but let’s see how it goes." She continued saying, "The only one I could kind of see her getting along with, I guess, is Vicki [Gunvalson]… Everyone else, I don’t think they would vibe."

Phaedra & Gretchen Are Closer Than The Others Realize

In an interview with the E! Network, cast member Eva Marcille gave some insight into the cast. Although Phaedra Parks was axed from RHOA after season 9, she came back for RHUGT in season 2 and showed fans how much Bravo has missed with her absence. Now that she's back for season 4, the Bravosphere is hopeful for more Phaedra Parks.

Fans are unsure which Housewives know each other and who has past issues, but thanks to Eva's interview, it turns out that Phaedra and Gretchen Rossi are incredibly close. The former RHOA castmate said, "That’s her girl. [Phaedra's] like a godmother to one of her kids.” Eva continued saying “They are really, really, really close, and because of that, I feel comfortable knowing Gretchen is one of the girls.” With both women being on different franchises, this came as a surprise to some listeners.

Brandi And Camille Have "Beefs To Squash" Before Filming

Camille Grammer-Meyer was an original Housewife before Brandi joined the series as a friend in season 2. Camille had such an interesting lifestyle and had no issues with being controversial with the group. Because of this, she's one cast member who left The Real Housewives too soon.

Now that Camille and Brandi are coming face-to-face after years of not getting along, it'll be interesting to see how they handle each other. On an episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen asked Brandi how she was going to handle being around Camille. She admitted, "Well, I think that we have a lot of Twitter beefs to squash, and that’s where that’s going, so hopefully, she’ll come and not cry over dumb stuff."

Where Does Vicki Gunvalson And Gretchen Rossi Stand?

Gretchen was on RHOC for five seasons with Vicki before making her exit. It’s been years since fans of the series saw Vicki and Gretchen together, but it’s about to happen on RHUGT season 4.

Although Tamra Judge isn’t on season 4 of RHUGT, she had a few words about Gretchen’s addition. With her best friend Vicki joining Gretchen, Tamra wasn’t sure where their friendship stood. According to Heavy, Tamra said, “I don’t really know where their relationship sits. I haven’t seen [Rossi], talked to the girl in 10 years or longer. I have no idea, I don’t follow her [on social media] so I don’t know. Vicki never talks about her. They had a very up and down relationship so that will be interesting to see.” Fans support Vicki’s return to TV but time will tell if Gretchen feels the same way.
