After months of teases and speculation, The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season 3 trailer has finally been released. The third installment of the Real Housewives mashup includes a cast of current and former housewives taking over Thailand. Included in the new season are Porsha Williams from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Gizelle Bryant and Candiace Dillard from The Real Housewives of Potomac, Marysol Patton and Alexia Nepola from The Real Housewives of Miami, Leah McSweeney from The Real Housewives of New York City, and Heather Gay and Whitney Rose from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
RHUGT season 3 filmed last July and has been in the works amid shocking reports surrounding cast members of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season 4. Peacock just released the official trailer for RHUGT season 3, which reveals the major showdowns and deep dives that took place between the cast. With Gizelle and Candiace in attendance, the shade gets extremely real.
Early shots show the ladies looking fabulous and enjoying the sights and nightlife of Thailand. But since this is a Real Housewives show, things soon take a turn toward drama. A clip shows Gizelle making her version of an elephant sound at an elephant the ladies are petting. "This is probably why Gizelle is single," Candiace quips in her confessional. "No man wants to have sex with that."
RHUGT Season 3 Gets 'Complicated'
Other clips from the RHUGT season 3 trailer show the ladies all getting along during group settings before things get heated. "I mean, it's eight housewives in a foreign country. What could go wrong?" Leah sarcastically says before the trailer gets "complicated." Clips show Gizelle stirring the pot to get Heather and Whitney to open up about their feud. Another scene shows Porsha and Leah getting into it, with them telling each other "bye!" At one point, Candiace confronts Porsha about the controversy surrounding her quick engagement to her now-husband Simon Guobadia. Fans will recall that Porsha exited RHOA after facing backlash for announcing her engagement to Simon shortly after his divorce from Falynn Pina, who appeared in RHOA season 13 as Porsha's friend. "You stole somebody's man," Candiace tells Porsha. Things appear to have gotten heated between a few of the real-life friends in the RHUGT cast, including Alexia and Marysol who are seen arguing inside a car.
During RHUGT season 3, Heather is expected to address Jen Shah's fraud case and why she chose to remain her friend despite her criminal charges. Candiace and Gizelle, as well as Whitney and Heather, are also going to hash it out. It also seems like Leah will become a target among the group. RHUGT season 3 comes on the heels of two drama-filled seasons with cast members that have even resulted in some alums being asked back to their respective Real Housewives series.
The recent filming of RHUGT season 4 has had the Real Housewives fandom talking after an incident took place between Brandi Glanville and Caroline Manzo. RHUGT has proven to be a success with fans. In just two fully aired seasons, viewers have gotten to see current and former Real Housewives stars continue age-old feuds and form new ones. The group of Alpha women is put together in a vacation setting where anything can happen. Each installment comes with its own standout moments, and RHUGT season 3 appears to be no different.
The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season 3 premieres March 23 on Peacock.
