Stars of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Teresa Giudice and Jackie Goldschneider received a nomination for an award at the MTV Movie and TV Awards for Best Fight. The two reality stars have feuded several times since Goldschneider joined the garden state franchise for its ninth season. Goldschneider confronted Teresa about her time in prison, and the friendship between the two has been a roller coaster ever since. The arguing seemed to have paid off several seasons later.

Giudice and Goldschneider certainly have a fighting chance with their iconic fight from the season 11 premiere of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
The nominated housewives feud happened as a result of Giudice spreading a rumor about the infidelity of Goldschneider’s husband Evan. The New Jersey OG told castmate Margaret Josephs that she heard Evan fools around when he goes to the gym. The rumor infuriated Goldschneider, prompting Josephs to set up a mediation between the two at her always-under-construction home. The meeting slowly erupts into an epic, golden popcorn worthy fight.
“I need you to admit this was a lie” yelled Goldschneider on the verge of tears. Goldschneider had tried explaining to Giudice that a senseless rumor can affect the reputation of her faithful, family oriented, business professional husband. Giudice apologized for bringing up the rumor at Evan’s birthday party. However, the Skinny Italian author insisted she did not spread a rumor, she heard it and she brought it up to inquire about its validity. Goldscheider was not validated and decided to make an analogy to try and win the argument. “Well, I heard a rumor that Gia snorts coke in the bathroom at parties” said Goldschneider, referring to Giudice’s eldest daughter.
Guidice said, “You’re a f**king b**ch, go f**k yourself” after a deafening yet non-existent moment of silence. An unspoken rule of the New Jersey housewives is mentioning children is crossing the line and Goldschneider had just zoomed past it. Goldschneider yelled, “I’m living the life that you want, I win”. Giudice snapped back with “No, you don’t. Your husband is f***king cheating on you and that’s why you’re crying”. Giudice stormed out the door disgusted by Goldschneider’s inappropriate analogy. A string of see you next Tuesdays from Giudice followed as Josephs struggled to decide which of her friends to console.
The fight earned its place in the RHONJ history books instantly for its raw emotion and iconic dialogue. The formidable foes started the season off with a bang and have carried the arc throughout several episodes of an entertaining season. Fans will have to continue to watch the season and wait until the recently filmed reunion to see if the pair bury the hatchet. The MTV Movie and TV Awards air Sunday, May 16.
