The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah revealed her recent legal woes brought her and her husband, Sharrieff, closer together. Viewers witnessed the love between Jen and Sharrieff during season 1 of the new Bravo series. Even though Jen has a bit of temper, Sharrieff loves her nonetheless. During the first season, Jen had several angry outbursts, with one that occurred at Sharrieff's birthday party, which Jen threw for him. After that, the pair was unsure about the state of their marriage.

In the new trailer for RHOSLC season 2, viewers saw Jen, who may be behind bars, receive a phone call from Sharrief, with him letting her know the feds are looking for her. As soon as she got off the call, she told the cast and production she had to leave due to a family emergency. After she left, the ladies were swarmed by the FBI looking for Jen. Once they left the premises they were at, Whitney Rose received an alert that Jen was arrested for money fraud.

During an appearance on Bravo's "Spilling Iced Tea," an Instagram Live show, alongside The Real Housewives of Potomac star Gizelle Bryant, the reality star was asked about her ongoing legal issues and how they have affected her. Jen, whose drama is teased in the trailer, admitted that the support of her family, especially her husband, has helped her the most through this difficult time. "I've just been focused on my family, right now because as you can imagine, this entire situation is just, it's hard," she said. "God literally sent an angel down on Earth to me in the form of Coach Shah to deal with my crazy a--." Jen continued to praise Sharrieff for not only helping her now but throughout their entire relationship.

Jen stated that Sharrieff has been "inspiring" and "motivational" throughout this entire ordeal, which has brought them closer together. "When you go through something this traumatic, this deep, people are either going to leave you or they're going to stay by you," she said of her and Sharrieff's new bond. Even though Jen was arrested for fraud and money laundering, Sharrieff is still there by her side as a support system. Jen now realizes how much her husband loves and supports her. The housewife also maintained her innocence on the IG Live, explaining that, in America, one is innocent until proven guilty. She added, "And I believe that this is not just my test, this is everybody's test close to me and in my corner." Other than her husband, her fellow RHOSLC costar Heather Gay has also been supportive of her through this challenging time. She said Heather was there for her "from the jump."

Despite the hardships she has been through this year, Sharrieff, Jen's long-time husband, has continued to have her back. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star couldn't have made it through the year with her husband and credits his strength for keeping her afloat in spite of the backlash she has received. It seems Jen and Sharrieff need each other now more than ever.
