Lisa Barlow and Whitney Rose have maintained their ongoing feud ever since the start of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 1. Between sharing screenshots of text messages and getting in between friendships, the drama between Lisa and Whitey has been nonstop over the years. This time around, Heather Gay is adding to the "bad weather" Lisa accuses them of. Whitney is getting under Lisa's skin by pointing out her shady behavior. With two seasons of feuding now under their belts, here's a look inside their failed friendship.
"Whitney, Heather, Bad Weather. Tornado, Spin the truth, Destroy," Lisa blurted out at the RHOSLC season 1 reunion. At the time, Lisa was upset at both Heather and Whitney for working against her when it came to allegations over her tequila company's customer service. After the reunion, Whitney revealed their private text message conversation proving that she offered to display Lisa's Vida tequila brand at her vow renewal ceremony. Alas, that was just the beginning of their constant back and forth on the show. Lisa had already been branded as the mean girl of the franchise, but it's a title Lisa isn't comfortable with having.
On RHOSLC season 2, things only got worse between Lisa and Whitney after a new friend of the show, Angie Harrington, stepped into the scene. Lisa and Angie used to be close friends, but Angie has now been hanging out with Whitney more and Lisa can't stand it. It also turns out that Whitney and Angie are cousins. However, instead of acknowledging their family roots, Lisa made a sick joke calling them "inbred polygamy cousins" in a clip shared by The Daily Dish. At an event hosted by Angie, a catering company that Lisa works closely with backed out last minute. Whitney and Angie were convinced that Lisa was behind the shady move, but when she got called out for it, Lisa became extremely defensive while denying the allegations.
After inviting Whitney out for drinks in an attempt to bury the hatchet, a representative from the catering company ironically showed up to tell Whitney that they canceled on Angie because of another obligation, explaining that Lisa had nothing to do with it. Nonetheless, Whitney was extremely upset after realizing that Lisa had no true intentions of making peace with her. She actually just wanted to clear her name of any wrongdoing. It also appeared to be the final straw for Whitney and her desire to be friends with Lisa. Moreover, Whitney isn't the only one that Lisa is rubbing the wrong way. Mary Cosby and Jen Shah have also taken issue with some of Lisa's comments and actions. Jen took issue with Lisa coming over to tell her about a gift Whitney gave to Jen's former stylist after their fallout.
Meanwhile, Heather made Jen question why Lisa decided to reveal this information. Was Lisa really trying to defend Jen, or did she really just want to get more people to dislike Whitney? With all of Lisa's shady behavior being called out on RHOSLC, it's hard for her to play innocent. Now, Whitney isn't the only one who is looking at Lisa sideways. But with her being one of the first ones to do that, it just further proves how much Whitney and Lisa really don't get along. This is just one of the many feuds taking place on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. After Jen came off as the villain in season 1, it looks like Lisa is taking her place in season 2.
