Jen Shah revealed she will continue filming season 2 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City despite her arrest last week. She was charged for her alleged role in a telemarketing scheme that included defrauding hundreds of people who were over the age of 55. However, Jen was not alone in the scheme as her first assistant, Stuart Smith, is alleged to have helped her defraud several innocent people.

Viewers of the Bravo series first met Jen in November 2020 when season one of RHOSLC premiered. Within her first few episodes, Jen was already at the center of the drama for the season. She and fellow co-star Mary Cosby got into a verbal altercation about Mary commenting on Jen smelling like "hospital." Jen was later at odds with Whitney Rose after she went to Jen regarding their other castmates talking poorly behind her back. Will there ever be an RHOSLC season not surrounded by Jen's drama?

According to the Instagram account @christiangraysnow, the reality star will continue to film season two of RHOSLC despite her recent arrest. A friend of the social media account, Andrew Zickmund, sent Jen a direct message asking her if the charges she is being accused of are true. She answered, "I am innocent of these charges. Please don't believe this. They are accusations. We will prove my innocence." He replied, hoping the accusations are not true while also inquiring if she will continue to film the reality series. She replied, "Absolutely." Fans are excited to see how Jen's arrest will unfold with the cameras rolling.

According to Page Six, it is already confirmed that Bravo plans to air as much as they legally can from Jen's arrest, which was caught on camera. "Bravo knows full well that viewers are following every detail of this case and will continue to do so as it progresses, so producers plan to follow it just as closely and use whatever footage they legally can," a source revealed to the publication. So far, Bravo was able to film the lead-up to her arrest, the aftermath of the drama, as well as her castmate's reactions. Jen and the cast of RHOSLC were reportedly on their way to film their cast trip in Colorado when Jen was arrested. The cast went off to Colorado to film without her, while Jen stayed back to attend her court appearance.

Jen has also been active on social media over the past few days maintaining her innocence and asking her followers to not believe these accusations. Despite Jen claiming her innocence, she is set for a trial hearing in October 2021, where she will learn her fate regarding the charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing and conspiracy to commit money laundering. It is safe to say that fans are more than excited for season 2 of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
