The Real Housewives of Potomac rumor mill is already spinning after fans noticed that Gizelle Bryant recently decided to unfollow Wendy Osefo on Instagram. The two started out as friends during Wendy's appearance in the latest season of RHOP. But recent signs show that tension could be brewing between these two.
Wendy was cast as the Real Housewives of Potomac newcomer after spending years appearing as a political commentator on reputable news stations and working as a college professor. The new housewife didn't shy away from boasting about her four degrees and how successful she was after moving to America from Nigeria. She and Gizelle shared a commonality, as they were both members of the same sorority. They also teamed up in going against Monique Samuels following her nasty fight with Candiace Dillard. But with Monique gone, it looks like Gizelle might now become public enemy number one.
Most recently, a Real Housewives fan page sent out a tweet outlining all the signs that Gizelle and Wendy are no longer friends. As seen in the tweet below, the fan wrote: "Gizelle has unfollowed Dr. Wendy. Wendy is still currently following her. Candiace did tease on Clubhouse that we would be surprised by these two the most this season a few weeks ago... Season 6 can’t come fast enough!" Following the shady revelation, viewers noticed that Wendy captioned a glamorous Instagram picture (also included below) with a seemingly subliminal jab at someone. "And that’s how you clear a b***h... #TheProfessorHasArrived," Wendy said in the caption.
Between Gizelle unfollowing Wendy and Wendy's shady photo caption, it looks like there's a new cast feud in Real Housewives of Potomac. Last season, Candiace and Monique's feud stole the show. But Gizelle and Karen Hugar's ongoing catfighting has carried over since season one. Though Karen and Wendy had a slight shade-throwing session due to Karen acting like she didn't know Wendy, the two were able to make amends by the reunion. With Wendy's new friendliness toward Karen, it's possible that she teamed up with Karen in calling out Gizelle's catty behavior.
Aside from Robyn Dixon, Gizelle's friends within the Real Housewives of Potomac cast appear to be dwindling. She maintains an amicable relationship with Candiace and Ashley Darby, but longtime viewers remember all the times that Gizelle has thrown them under the bus in order to ignite a showdown. Gizelle has admitted to being entertained by cast drama, just as long as it doesn't involve her. But after Monique threw her and her "pastor boyfriend" Jamal Bryant into the ringer at the last reunion, viewers have been looking at Gizelle differently. It looks like there are more receipts coming her way in the near future.
