She didn't shy away from boasting about the four college degrees that got her there. The wife and mother of three also revealed the family drama surrounding her marriage to Eddie Osefo and didn't appear as though she had anything to hide from the cameras. Aside from her small quarrel with Karen Huger, Wendy got through her debut season unscathed. That may not have been enough for Wendy, as she returned to season 6 with a new swagger that demanded the spotlight.
Wendy has introduced viewers to her new body assets "Happy" and "Ness" and eventually 'fessed up to getting more than just her breasts done. She has engaged in a war of words with newcomer Mia Thornton while claiming to be this new "Zen Wen." In the latest episode, Wendy wore a revealing outfit for the womens' party bus ride to Williamsburg, VA. She then proceeded to drop it like it's hot unexpectedly after Robyn Dixon shared some good news about her and her husband Juan Dixon. Considering how much more reserved Wendy was in Season 5, viewers have taken to Reddit in a post-episode discussion created by u/LetMeEducateU325, to call out how "inauthentic" Wendy has become.
One Redditor commented on how "cringey" Wendy appears in her second season as a reality star. "With that rehearsed sounding read she gave Mia at the spa. And even that moment when she attempted to do that little twerk in front of Robyn on the bus seemed super forced," they quipped. Another viewer applauded Wendy's glow-up in RHOP season 6 but noted how her attitude onscreen isn't matching her natural beauty. "She looks great this season but her behavior is very distracting from her glow up," they said. One viewer noted how Wendy's new attitude could be due to outside influences, remarking on how original she came off last season when compared to the other housewives.
