Porsha Williams from The Real Housewives of Atlanta called comedian and The Real host Loni Love a "b*tch" over comments she made about her fiancé Dennis McKinley. It seems that these once good friends are turning.
Williams was a recent topic of discussion on Love's show, The Talk. During the segment, Williams' relationship with McKinley was discussed. Allegedly, he admitted to cheating on the Real Housewives star while she was pregnant with their first child together. The couple split in June 2019 but reunited roughly one month later to give their romance another shot. Other members of The Real host panel weighed in on the controversial relationship, but it was Love's comments that attracted the ire of reality star.
Love on the episode, "Let me tell you something, Porsha trying to get that reality show." That comment did not sit well with Williams. She posted an angry diatribe on social media that has since been deleted. However, Love later took to the comments section of Williams' Instagram account and wrote, "Porsha.. I didn't say anything bad and you know it...it was a light-hearted comment... I hope you get your show!" Watch Love on a clip of The Real below:
Williams has a track record of angry outbursts. In 2014, the former beauty queen nearly lost her gig on The Real Housewives of Atlata when she got into a physical altercation with villainess Kenya Moore on the reunion special. Williams pulled Moore's hair and then dragged her across the floor after repeatedly being taunted by her. The following year, Williams got into another altercation - this time with model Cynthia Bailey. The women had an expletive-laden tiff on a boat trip filmed for The Real Housewives of Atlanta. In both instances, Williams' lack of impulse control seemed to get the better of her.
There's got to be something else to this drama with Loni Love because it just doesn't make sense that Williams would react so harshly to such an innocuous comment. Sure, it's probably embarrassing to the Dish Nation cohost that she was cheated on by McKinley after a very public and painful split from her first husband Kordell Stewart. However, as a public figure, Williams should understand that she's a hot topic to some, and therefore it's open season on her personal life. The comments made by Love weren't the least bit offensive. It's no secret that Bravo often rewards the personal hardships of its "Bravolebrities" with spinoff shows and specials. Therefore, Love must have struck a nerve, not because of her insensitivity, but perhaps because what she said was true. In the future, if these reality stars are so easily angered that people will comment on their lives then maybe they should consider a different way to make their money.
