Tamra Judge of The Real Housewives of Orange County recently revealed that she was slightly intimidated by the other housewives when she first starred on the show. No one would have guessed that this loud and opinionated housewife ever felt unnerved by her fellow co-stars.
Bravo nation was absolutely devastated when she announced her departure from the hit franchise in January 2020. She had been a part of the show for 12 seasons and won over fan’s hearts easily thanks to her no BS attitude and lack of fear. Sadly for fans, it does not look like she is making a move to reappear behind the gates of Coto.
Tamra recently spoke with S’More Date on their Instagram account with her husband, Eddie Judge, revealing that her freshman year was extremely nerve-wracking. Who would have guessed that this pint-size blonde was intimidated by the rest of the cast? She told the host, “If I go back to my first season, I was literally intoxicated in every interview I gave because I was so nervous inside.” The Cut Fitness owner explained that she had seen the show previously and was IM’ing, a friend about casting. The reality star claimed she filled out the application like a “15-year-old boy would,” but not surprising to fans, Bravo loved her!
Even if Tamra slurred a word or two, she was always forgiven since she brought the most interesting drama to the forefront. According to Tamra, the rest of the women were celebrities in their small town, especially since they were the first of the popular franchise that started it all. As die-hard fans know, the real estate agent only knew Gina Keough at the time.
Currently, Peacock is filming its Real Housewives All-Stars show in the Turks and Caicos, and it is no surprise that Tamra got a call or two about a possible appearance. Kyle Richards, Ramona Singer, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Kenya Moore, Cynthia Bailey, and Luann de Lesseps have all been cast. Unfortunately, The Real Housewives of Orange County star confirmed that she would not be dipping her toes in the sand, much to the chagrin of fans. Typical Tamra did joke on her social media that she was on stand-by in case they needed a backup wearing a sun hat and a bikini. Fans still have their fingers crossed that she makes a return and somehow convinces her partner in crime, Vicki Gunvalson, to join her!
