Fans of The Real Housewives of Orange County learned that two alums might return, so what are the reasons why Heather Dubrow and Tamra Judge may come back? Before anyone says a thing, it is not just because the last season was such a bore, even though it totally was!
When Tamra Judge decided reality television was not the place for her anymore and took to social media to announce she would be stepping back from her housewife role, fans thought it was the end of the world. Literally. Not only had viewers lost two-thirds of the Tres Amigas, but Tamra was never a stranger to being in the middle of all the drama, which helped keep the storyline spicy. In fact, she welcomed it and quickly became one of the most popular housewives. Now, cut to Heather Dubrow, who left back in 2016 due to Kelly Dodd. The two women together were dynamite, and fans just want them back.
It feels like the Bravo gods are smiling down on viewers since, in the short time since January, we got Kathy Hilton on RHOBH, an RHOP trailer, Madison LeCroy/A-Rod drama, Winter House, Sutton getting a diamond, and Real Housewives All-Stars. Now, it looks like fans may even be getting Heather and Tamra back! There are rumors currently circulating that both housewives will be asked back and handed an orange for season 16. While nothing has been confirmed, it is sure fun to come up with all the ideas why they should be asked back. Fans made it clear that this past season was not a good one and felt that Emily Simpson, Kelly Dodd, and Elizabeth Lyn Vargas should be let go. To this writer, it makes perfect sense to bring back Tamra and Heather since they would obliterate the three women, They are the true OGs and all-stars. Also, allowing Heather back on the show would elevate the series back to the good old days, and viewers could see her grand house again!
The two mothers’ made for good TV. There were always catfights on The Real Housewives of Orange County but to a different extent. Most arguments were about something like Heather being offended by the “C” word or Tamra losing it over Jeana Keough backing her ex-husband, Simon Barney. Instead, viewers got a whole season decided to Braunwyn Windham- Burke, who frankly carried the series. We would even welcome back Gretchen Rossi at this point. This is how desperate fans are to make sure they get a better season. In the words of Heather, “if everyone says you’re dead, then it’s time to lay down.” Do the right thing, Bravo, give us back Tamra and Heather!
