Braunwyn Windham-Burke from The Real Housewives of Orange County is now back on the market, revealing that she has called it quits with her younger girlfriend, Kris. The break-up didn’t come as a surprise to many, since the housewife is still getting her sea legs when it comes to dating.

Windham-Burke is sort of single again but still has her marriage to husband Sean Burke to keep her warm at night. The Newport Beach native came out as a lesbian back in December, shortly after she admitted to Bravo cameras that she was also a recovering alcoholic. The 43-year-old had an extremely hard season since she received little support from her co-stars. Many Bravo fans also felt that the storyline was just too much about Windham-Burke and found the other women boring. The housewife has remained relatively quiet, recently posting a family Easter picture on her social media.

TMZ first reported that Windham-Burke was single and ready to mingle, revealing that the mother of seven ended her relationship over a month ago. According to the outlet’s source, the relationship ran its course, and the blonde was ready to date other women. Fans will recall that Kris and Windham-Burke met on a dating app and often would be spotted taking part in PDA.

The Real Housewives of Orange County fans were still very much reeling from Windham-Burke’s unconventional marriage. She and Sean have been married for over 20 years and even renewed their vows this past season while cameras caught it all. The couple’s current plan is to stay married and live in separate bedrooms. The housewife made it clear to fans that she still loved Sean and wanted to stay with him while they navigated these unchartered waters. Sean has publicly expressed his support for his wife even after claiming she was never attracted to him.

Windham-Burke has had one long year, which included incidents of admitting to hitting her husband. She also marked one year of sobriety. Fans who support the housewife feel she will have no trouble finding another girlfriend and hope that she is leading the life she wants and feels most genuine in. There is no set date on when The Real Housewives of Orange County will come back, but Andy Cohen has hinted at a bit of a hiatus and possibly a shake-up to the cast. Fans are welcoming a possible overhaul since they miss the OGs of the OC Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson, who seemed to have moved on to greener pastures.
