Elizabeth Lyn Vargas is the newest member of The Real Housewives of Orange County and fans are already glued on her storyline. The recent divorcee has been sharing her journey as she readjusts to life on the dating scene.

Born in Missouri, Elizabeth relocated to the OC after marrying her no ex-husband, Bernt Bodal. She shared how she finalized her divorce with Bodal, the CEO and majority shareholder of American Seafood Group, back in July. The new Bravo star filed for divorce from Bodal in April 2017 after five years of marriage. While the couple didn't have any children, Elizabeth said she was heartbroken to see Bodal move on and get another woman pregnant. She had hopes of having children prior to their split, but he claimed he didn't want children. Now, entering a new relationship with her boyfriend Jimmy, the CEO and We Care Rescue Ranch member revealed that they hadn't had sex yet since she was still legally married at the time.

As a new reality star, Elizabeth has put herself in the lion's den for media to dig up details on her life. The Sun obtained documents that show the verdict on her 2017 spousal agreement with Bodal. According to the outlet, in December 2017, Bodal agreed to pay her $31,000 per month until “either parties’ death, Petitioner’s remarriage, or until further order of the court.” The hefty amount was concluded due to Elizabeth’s $1,721 monthly income compared to Bodal’s $86,955 monthly salary. The support includes monthly mortgage payments on her $5 million beach house that was featured on the show.

Elizabeth's alimony also covers monthly payments of $2,050.08 for her 2012 Range Rover in addition to $2,360.67 monthly for her 2012 Bentley. If that wasn't enough, the new Bravolebrity also will receive 37.7 perfect of additional amounts on any bonus income and profit distribution that Bodal receives. While fans wonder if $31,000 is enough to cover the lavish lifestyle of an Orange County housewife. However, considering Elizabeth's role as a CEO of an online music company and her work at the We Care Rescue Ranch, it's possible that the reality star is bringing in more than enough to fund her lifestyle.

Not to forget that she hasn't started her own family yet. So all of the funds get spent on her and her alone. With this being her first season on RHOC she has started rolling in the Bravo dough just yet.
