Following Mia Thornton from The Real Housewives of Potomac proudly revealing all of her plastic surgery on the show, fans are reeling over her before and after photos. Attention over Mia's cosmetic glow-up started when she and Dr. Wendy Osefo got into an argument over the women taking ownership of the work they've had done. Mia stole the show at Wendy's "Nude Interlude" party, where she invited the ladies to her home to introduce them to her new plastic surgery body enhancements. "Happy" and "Ness," the names she gave to two of her new assets, were welcomed with applause from the ladies. Wendy, who came out with a memoir, even admitted to having some work done on her glutes. Mia went on to share how she gets "Botox every four weeks" and also receives regular filler injections. Mia said she has, "my lips, [b*obs done], I had a tummy tuck... I had my a** done."

A since-deleted Reddit user, u/[deleted], shared a slideshow of Mia's photos from 2010 to 2020. Fans joined the discussion and reacted to Mia's good looks with and without cosmetic enhancements. Others made a nod to Mia's forgetful nature when it comes to sharing her real age on the show. "And the whole time she has remained 30. Or 36, or 38. Even she doesn’t know," one person said.
One person doubted Mia's age, as they think she looks older than her reported age. "I can’t believe she is only 36," the Reddit user said.
