Lisa Hochstein of The Real Housewives of Miami is coming under fire from her husband, Lenny Hochstein, as he has been accused of her "alienating" him from their children. The couple's split is currently unfolding during the newest season, and Lenny is acting strangely toward Lisa. The mother of two is trying to keep her family unit together, but the plastic surgeon is over his marriage.

After 12 years of marriage, Lenny and Lisa had decided to call it quits during The Real Housewives of Miami season 5. The news first broke after Lenny was accused of being unfaithful in his marriage to Lisa. Currently, Lenny is dating a woman he was seeing while he was still with Lisa. While the RHOM star claimed she never saw their breakup coming, she definitely missed the signs, especially when Lenny was cruel and short with her. Lisa is fighting to hang onto the only life she and her children have always known, while Lenny is more than happy to kick his kids out of their Star Island home.

Lenny Is Hitting Back With New Allegations

Last week, Lenny shared that Lisa was actively turning their kids, Elle and Logan, against him. Page Six obtained the newest court documents, which show Lenny, the RHOM season 5 villain, explaining that Lisa had been "alienating" him from their two kids. Even though RHOM has shown Lenny choosing to play tennis over taking care of his children, the plastic surgeon is adamant that he is not being treated fairly. Lenny shared via the paperwork that while he has been able to visit his children every day, he believes that Lisa has spoken poorly about him and his girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, to "exact revenge."

Lenny Has Shared Examples

The father of two has shared that Lisa disapproved of Lenny taking the children on a ski trip to Aspen which his girlfriend had also been invited to. According to the documents, Lenny claimed that Lisa, who may be dating Joddy Glidden, openly badmouthed him in front of the kids, writing that Lisa verbally said, "Your dad wants to take you to be with the woman he's leaving us for." The 56-year-old also alleged that his two children are now confused and "sad," sharing they are not handling the divorce well and showing signs of anxiety. Lisa told the outlet that Lenny has a "false perception of reality" regarding what is going on at home.

Lisa has made sure to tell the court her side of the story, with RHOM star recently accusing Lenny of not paying for her children's food. The divorce saga between Lisa and Lenny will sadly continue to play out in the public eyes as the exes go back and forth. Even though Lisa is going through a lot in her breakup with Lenny, she is still coming out on top.
