In the first four seasons of RHOM, Lenny and Lisa Hochstein always came across as a loving couple. Lenny and Lisa tied the knot in 2009, even though there was a noticeable age difference. Lisa loved to share that she was Lenny’s Barbie, and also enjoyed throwing lavish parties. It was clear that both secretly wanted different things out of their marriage, but no one thought that the doctor would cheat.

Lenny didn’t do himself any favors when he thought that if he whispered, he wouldn’t be caught by Peacock cameras while revealing that he was over his marriage to Lisa. The plastic surgeon was caught in a revealing hot mic moment, noting that he no longer slept with Lisa. He said that he abstained because doing so would be “cheating” on the woman that he really loved. RHOM fans were gobsmacked at the audacity of Lenny, and immediately wanted justice for Lisa.
Viewers also noted that Lenny was coming across as extremely aggressive and controlling. During the new season, a scene showed Lisa and Lenny’s nanny falling and breaking her arm. Lenny made it very clear that the nanny was not to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. Amid the confusion, Lisa started to dial 911, which led to Lenny confronting his wife in the kitchen, and he was seemingly very angry. He asked her if she “understood” what he was saying. RHOM fans felt that he was much too authoritative with her.
For The Real Housewives of Miami fans, the worst part is the fact that Lisa has been seen championing her marriage in all the new episodes. The mother of two has been sharing with the other women that she and Lenny were in a good place, and that he had been working out and getting healthy. Sadly, the new six-pack was not for Lisa’s benefit, as he announced that he would be leaving his wife for a younger model. The former couple is now in a bitter divorce battle, with Lisa claiming that Lenny has been withholding funds. Lenny feels like Lisa is capable of supporting herself.
