She started as a fan favorite in season one, by often showing empathy to her fellow housewives and being open about herself. However, as the show progressed, Kyle had some moments where she should have thought twice.

When teamed up with newcomer Brandi Glanville during an ill-fated game night, the Richards sisters turned on her for no apparent reason.
Sure, by the end of the fight, Brandi crossed the line a few times too. However, both Kim and Kyle should have taken a second thought and stepped back from the fight, especially since Brandi was feeling vulnerable with a hurt ankle.

Kyle Richards is usually open and inviting to new friends and new cast-members on the show. However, when Carlton hosted her first lunch at her beautiful Gothic mansion, Kyle was maybe a little too quick to judge her.
Even before entering the house, Kyle joked about it looking like Harry Potter’s house. Once inside, Kyle questioned all the crosses on the wall, asked Carlton what her religion was, and even made fun of her doll collection. Kyle might have thought a little more deeply about this early interaction.
In The Right: Her Ongoing Fights With Lisa
Lisa Vanderpump as Kyle points out in season 2 is incredibly hard to be friends with. After being best friends in season 1, the duo starts to grow apart after Kyle claims Lisa is hard to be friends with.
Kyle then spends a lot of her time on season 3 trying to mend her friendship with Lisa, often apologizing, only for Lisa to tell her everything’s okay while saying the opposite in her one-on-one interviews. Lisa often expects Kyle to stand up for her, even when she’s wrong. This is also evident in season 9’s Puppygate storyline, when Kyle is unable to defend Lisa after knowing the full story, causing for them to have one of their biggest fights. Fans however support Kyle’s judgment as she tries to understand the truth of the situation and of her friendship.
Could Have Thought Twice: Commenting On Joyce's & Brandi's Weight
In season 4, Kyle has a fashion show for charity at her new store and asks fellow housewives Joyce and Brandi to model for her.
However, after giving them a couple of dresses to try on she realizes that they are all too big for them and makes a comment about how she should give them a cheeseburger with the dress. She may have thought she was just kidding and it was all in good humor, but it's often best not to comment on someone's weight!
In The Right: Her Grief Over Her Mom’s Death
Kyle is often seen breaking down into tears at big events such as her daughter’s graduation upon realizing that her mother didn’t get to witness these events. Fans can really tell Kyle had an amazing bond with her mother and misses her terribly.
These instances make total sense and are a really touching insight into her life.
Could Have Thought Twice: Calling Everyone Fake
The current season of the show showed a completely different side of Kyle. She practically had a riff with every housewife on the show and went through an emotional rollercoaster, often breaking into tears throughout the season.
However, it may not have been the best idea to call all her castmates fake. In season 10, when Dorit tells everyone that Kyle called them all fake, Kyle doesn’t deny the allegation. This pronouncement probably could have used another thought.
