Paparazzi spotted The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne for the first time since her estranged husband Tom Girardi's indictment, and she reacted to the development. Recently, Tom, his son-in-law David Lira, and his firm's former CFO, Christopher Karmon, were charged with eight counts of wire fraud and four counts of contempt of court. Grand juries in Chicago and Los Angeles indicted Tom on allegations that he stole $3 million from plane crash victims and $15 million from other clients. Meanwhile, Erika filed for divorce from Tom in 2020, ahead of his legal woes, but it has yet to be finalized.

Erika wore a sky-blue Alexander Wang sweatsuit, which she paired with patterned black and white sneakers. She also held a pink box and a water bottle in her hands.

Then she reiterated that she will speak to the press when she has something to say about the issue.
