Ramona Singer of The Real Housewives of New York has recently unfollowed former cast member, Dorinda Medley, on Instagram. This does not come as a surprise after the way they went at each other during the reunion episodes.
Ramona has been apart of the New York franchise since the show aired back in 2008. While Ramona has been largely disliked by fans, her presence on the show is comical yet cringey all at the same time. When Dorinda joined the show, she was immediately loved by fans for her hilarious one liners and her words of wisdom. This past season, Dorinda has lost many fans after her awful treatment of Tinsley just because she was letting the women in on every detail of her relationship. Once Tinsley left, Ramona did become Dorinda's punching bag as someone to express her angry onto.
According to The Daily Mail, Ramona has unfollowed Dorinda after she re-posted a meme that compared Ramona to President Donald Trump, herself to Joe Biden, Andy Cohen as the moderator, Chris Wallace, and Sonja Morgan as the American people. In the next slide in the same post, shows the infamous image of Trump holding a bible outside of a church after threatening military action against the Black Lives Matter protestors. The publication reached out to Dorinda to get her thoughts on Ramona unfollowing her after her post. Clearly she did not care about it by simply stating, "Oh, what a relief!". They also reach out to Ramona to ask why she unfollowed Dorinda, to which she replied, "I was hoping to move on and reconcile with Dorinda as we have been friends for several years and I cared for her deeply." The reality star added, "I don't appreciate the negative things she continues to say about me and at this point in my life I don’t need any negativity like that around me."
Dorinda continued to jab at Ramona in the caption of the Instagram post by writing, "Few questions here... Do they go to the same Church? Do they know what Church is?! #debate #questions #facelift." The former reality is clearly not over some of the remarks Ramona had made at her during the reunion. Newest cast member, Leah McSweeny, reposted the meme on her account adding the caption, "Best meme to come out of the debate. I love @bravotv fans," she said with a crying laughing emoji face alongside. The meme was taken from one of the reunion episodes were in a heated discussion, Ramona and Dorinda were firing off insults at each other. Dorinda commented on Ramona's facelift and told her "wasn't that thin," while Ramona told Dorinda to "go to church". The two must have never reconciled after their argument at the reunion.
Now that Dorinda will not be appearing on the upcoming season after being fired, Ramona no longer has to try and be friendly with Dorinda. It looks like a reconciliation for these two isn't in the cards right now.
