The Real Housewives of Dallas’ Tiffany Moon is already joking about replacing the resident OG Ramona Singer on the long-running Real Housewives of New York. News broke that the network was thinking about replacing the blonde after a shaky season that hasn’t even come to an end and is only a few episodes in.
Moon just wrapped up her freshman season and left the other women on shaky ground, thanks to her feud with Kameron Westcott. Shortly after the reunion, she tweaked her Twitter account, leaving viewers questioning her future on the show. Her new bio read, “Previous Cast Member #RHOD S5.” Moon became the first Asian-American cast as a housewife when she stepped onto season 5. Viewers fell in love with Moon due to her no-nonsense lifestyle. She was also a tiger mom and loved showing off her twin girls. Bravo fans felt that she was a breath of fresh air who didn’t want excess drama in her life.
Moon may be looking to jump ship, according to Page Six, and they're just may be an opening if Singer is axed. Moon jested on an Instagram post talking about Singer’s demise, saying, “Does anyone know a good realtor and how to get some kids into a good private school in NY?” According to the outlet’s source, there has been no decision made about the season 14 cast.
Earlier this week, it was rumored that Singer might not be invited back to the next season of the show. She is the only housewife still holding a red apple from day one, and her paycheck reflects that. Viewers have changed over the last ten years, and it is no longer fun to watch white, rich women behaving badly with all the troubles that are going on in the world. The premise just doesn’t work in 2021.
The 64-year-old recently took part in Real Housewives All-Stars that was filmed in Turks and Caicos. Currently, the Real Housewives of New York women are embracing newbie Eboni K. Williams. Sonja Morgan is also looking for love again, while Leah McSweeney continues to lose her temper with Singer. But as for Singer, she is still living her best life while riding high on her reality TV career.
